Cancellation Policy
- More than 7 days prior : No cancellation charge
- From 02 to 06 days prior : 50% of total rates
- Less than 24 hours prior: 100% of total rates
- Showing up late at the meeting point of the tour after departure time will concern as No Show and result in 100% charged.
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

- Children under 4 years old: FOC Maximum 1 child/2 adults, from the second child charge 50%.

We really enjoy the wonderful day on this cruise. Amazing Sails must be the most comfortable and convenient boat in Halong.
A truly amazing trip when having the experience to explore all the beauty of Halong Bay, even when the weather wasn't good, Halong Bay was still glamorous!
Even though I was travelling alone on this trip, I had a great time with Amazing Sails! I joined in many interesting activities like being described in the itinerary. Overall, this cruise is a great choice for a one-day trip to Halong Bay.
The caves, the emerald water, and seeing lots of limestones with unique shapes were all wonderful experiences. The cuisine was delicious, and the beds were really comfortable and clean.
