If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.

This is by far the greatest experience I've had in years; the trip is amazing!! And the staff is extremely friendly!! Furthermore, the views and meals are too amazing to be real! One of the most beautiful sites I've ever seen, and this trip is a really pleasant and luxury way to see it.
To get to Viet Hai village, we took a trekking excursion with a local guide. The track is just approximately 8 kilometers long, yet it takes roughly 03:40 to complete. We went for a short trek after arriving and then drank at Thanh Homestay. On our traditional yacht, the captain prepared delicious fish. It was a day to remember here.
