If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

Full Day : Hanoi - Halong Bay - Sung Sot Cave - Luon Cave - Titop Island
Morning
7:00 - 7:30: Get ready to be picked up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quater, then travel to Halong Bay.
Note: Transfer service isn't included in the cruise's price. Contact BestPrice Travel to book it.
9:30 - 10:00: Present at Tuan Chau International Port; you will do the check-in procedure in the waiting area and get on Vita Mia Cruise later.
After getting on board, have a cool welcome drink while listening to the cruise briefing about the safety instructions and schedule.
As the cruise sails toward Halong Bay, you may witness iconic islands such as Heaven Gate, Dog Stone Islet, Dinh Huong Islet, and Ga Choi Islet,... and take many pretty pictures of them.
Enjoy a buffet lunch at the restaurant on board with fresh seafood dishes to get ready for a day full of engaging activities.
Note: If the cruises have only 20 guests or fewer, the restaurants will serve a suitable set menu.

Continue the journey to the marvelous Titop Island. This is your time to unwind by swimming in the fresh water or sunbathing on the stunning beach. If you want something more adventurous, let's hike to the island's peak and admire the panoramic view from high up.
Take your time to relax under the glorious sunset on the sundeck while the boat sails back to the mainland.

17:00 - 17:15: Return to Tuan Chau Marina. Here, you will disembark and take a car transfer back to Hanoi.

This time I travel alone, so I have many worries. But thanks to the kindness of the crew staff, it was a stress-free journey. I have fun kayaking in Luon Cave. Pretty sad that Sung Sot Cave was packed with tourists. Maybe I'll travel to Bai Tu Long Bay next time for a less-touristy route.
Have a good time on this day cruise. There were many things to do in the bay: visit Sung Sot Cave, swim in Titop, and kayak in Luon Cave. Overall very good for a short trip to Halong. I totally recommend this cruise.
We have 1 day free in Hanoi and we decided to travel to Halong, the best decision we ever made. The bay was very beautiful, I took so many pictures. The ship is nice, too - beautiful and modern. Although the weather was a bit hot, we still have so much fun.
