Is it recommended for an old couple to join the winding road in Ha Giang? We can get a little dizzy and suffer from motion sickness when going through sinuous roads

In this case, you should try Sapa or Mai Chau instead of Ha Giang if still keen on exploring North Vietnam mountainous area. Ha Giang is a bit too thrilling.
