The entire crew was really kind and helpful, and it was a wonderful experience. In order to help us with our cancelled flight, the manager went above and beyond. We couldn't find anything wrong with the boat, the meal, or the staff—everything was flawless. Our only regret is that we only reserved one night rather than two!

That van was extremely dirty, and our backpacks were just thrown inside… the bus itself was very comfortable and luxurious. However, the window was broken and provisionally covered, which wasn’t very pleasant since we had to sit right next to it. Also, the seat adjustment was broken, and my girlfriend had to lie down the whole time. Without these two issues, the bus would have been perfect, but it was fine overall :) We really enjoyed the ship itself and would recommend it. Less

It was a great trip and experience! Zoe at Best Travel was really kind and helpful. The cruise was wonderful, with lovely rooms and friendly staff.
The rest of the facilities were also lovely! Highly recommended.

Cindy was so organised and responded promptly.
We travelled with our Daughter, son-in-law, and the grandchildren. It was the most memorable experience we will ever have. Nothing went wrong, and Cindy was very professional and friendly. It was above our expectations. So much so, our friends want all the contact details.

We were assigned Ms. Mia, who worked with us throughout our adventure. She arranged bookings, payments, and receipts, and managed changes. Communication was first class, and this left us able to put all our energy into the trip and not the inevitable travel issues. Would highly recommend.

The boat itself was okay - the staff was all very helpful and friendly, especially Henry, the tour guide.

You see 3 things: Ti Top Island (climb to the top); kayaking, including going under a cave; and a large cave you hike into.

We had the most outstanding, fabulous trip. The itinerary was fabulous, and every detail was perfect. We were picked up promptly for everything, and the tour guides and drivers were all outstanding.

We booked the 2-day and 1-night cruise, including transfer. Communication with Cindy was straightforward and quick. Everything went smoothly; we can only recommend her.

Really cool experience, and it goes without saying that Ha Long Bay is a must-see, and this is a great way to do it in a day-trip from Hanoi!

Pick up was great, right outside the hotel, coming back was a different driver on a larger coach, so I had to wait around in the port for an hour, change coaches, etc., and this just made it a pretty long 13-hour day in the end!

Excellent staff, a beautiful boat, mouthwatering cuisine, and large, clean cabins. Emmanuel and Gin were fantastic.
