My wife and I booked a 2-day tour with BestPrice Travel, and we had My Uyen as our travel agent. She organised all the flights, transfers, and cruise for us. There was absolutely no hassle and no planning required by us at all as she made sure everything was communicated and ran on time. Would highly recommend!

The vegetarian food was great, and the staff is professional. Everyone was awesome. You are doing well!
The cabins were clean and spacious. Everything was great, just the lights couldn't turn on any longer to enjoy the time together and the squid fishing.

The staff and food have been excellent.
Unfortunately, we chose the terrace suite with the intention of spending more time on the patio, but the exhaust fumes have made it impossible; the smell causes us headaches.
But everything else has been fantastic; thank you.

Thank you, we had a wonderful time, and Tommy (Hung) was brilliant. The professionalism, the standard of accommodation, food, and activities. We lived it all. Ian, our waitress, was also wonderful, and we felt safe at sea at all times. We cannot speak more highly of your company. Your responses to my queries were second to none, and our drivers were extremely good. Thank you.

We stayed in a cabin for which we paid nearly $800, and that cabin did not have heating. From the very first night, we notified the staff multiple times that the room temperature was extremely low. At the same time, we were also dealing with a health situation, which made this issue even more concerning.
This is not what one expects when investing such a significant amount of money in what is supposed to be a comfortable and safe experience.
We wanted to make you aware of everything that occurred, as we trusted your recommendation, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations at all.

Everything was awesome—the staff, the boat, and the breathtaking natural scenery were simply fantastic. The two-night stay was absolutely perfect and gave us the full experience. Highly recommended!

Mr. Tien, the coordinator, was wonderful, and the boat and Bay were stunning. The only issue was the ride there, which was rather rough in the middle seat.

The Catherine Cruise staff were very nice, attentive, and accommodating.
The birthday surprise was a plus.

I intended to take the Capella cruise based on reviews, but it was totally filled. Ms. Moon recommended the Lyra cruise, which is owned by the same business as Capella. Lyra is its younger sister; she is less than a year old, and everything is fresh and new. It was the finest choice conceivable. Lyra is certainly a five-star cruise ship. The food was amazing and individualized. I am quite finicky about food and was blown away by how tasty it was. The rooms were huge and elegant. Special thanks to Telly, Daniel, and Hira for treating me rotten throughout mealtime. Chris, our cruise director, was great. We got a surprise one night when Nam, one of the staff members, performed traditional Vietnamese instruments that he had learned on his own. Quite awesome!
Also, many thanks and hugs to Ms. Moon, who assisted us in arranging private transportation. She also answered all of my inquiries concerning the cruise and other topics quickly, sometimes even after 10 p.m. in Vietnam. I don't think she sleeps :) She also informed the ship about my father's birthday, and they prepared him a lovely cake. Overall, a once-in-a-lifetime experience at Halong Bay! Worth every penny! Less
