The staff was genuinely lovely, friendly, and very accommodating, which was a highlight. However, there is a clear need for better basic English communication to ensure guests fully understand schedules, activities, and expectations.

Cruise was great. The third day's planned excursion was to the Dark & Bright Cave, but this was changed to kayaking in the same location as the first day (they said it was due to the water level). We didn't participate because we hadn't liked the place very much.

The cruise was memorable. Pretty unique routes, as we got to visit both Lan Ha Bay & Cat Ba Island in two days.
The waterslide was fun, my kid loved it.

We had a wonderful experience on Aspira Cruise. The staff were genuinely friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we boarded. Our cabin was clean and the private balcony was perfect for enjoying the peaceful scenery of Lan Ha Bay. The kayaking trip and sunset on the sundeck were definite highlights.

We traveled to Bai Tu Long Bay; it had fewer tourists, so the tour was peaceful.

Our overnight cruise in Ha Long Bay was arranged by Best Price Travel. Our adviser, Rosie Khung, handled the transactions. She made the journey incredibly simple and promptly replied to all communications. I would suggest using Best Price Travel for any trips since Rosie was kind and really productive. They were also less expensive than the majority of businesses.
