As for whether the suite is worth the money, we’re not sure. The food and service were very good, as were the cleanliness and the room.
The transfer from the ship to Sa Pa also went quite well. What we didn’t know was that we’d have to change vehicles. The first transfer to Hanoi’s airport was perfect, a very clean bus with comfortable seats.More

Overall there was nothing we would improve on

"The transfer was on time, picked us up outside our hotel and it was very comfortable.
The activities on the cruise were well organised with a lot of help from the crew. The kayaking and swimming was really fun. We did the Cat Ba activity and the caves, both were great.
The food was exceptional, it was high quality and plenty to eat. It was so fresh and very well presented. We loved the cocktails on pool deck. Happy hour was a favourite. We enjoyed the cooking classes.
The crew were always around to help, they were always helpful, friendly and very professional.
Henry was a main server and he was marvellous, we loved him. His attitude was always so positive and happy. So eager to please us.
The boat was clean, our rooms were so clean and very cool which was great as it was very warm.
Your communication was fantastic too, you have been so helpful and made my planning so much easier.More

Nos gustó mucho la experiencia! El barco estaba genial y el camarote muy bonito! Vistas increíbles todo rato! El personal muy amable. Hicimos dos actividades en kayak y estuvieron muy chulas.
Nos daba un poco de miedo la masificación y por eso elegimos la bahía de lan ha en vez de Halong y acertamos!

A wonderful experience

It was a very nice cruise and room was spacious for families. We could have done more activities that were very active. These seemed a little slower. The ship was really relaxing! I wanted to see more caves and the unique landscape it had to offer.More
