Mia’s help and organisation was brilliant. Due to the typhoon we had to change plans but she was helpful, friendly and organised throughout. We genuinely could not have asked for more from her.
The boat was clean, comfortable and with some absolutely brilliant staff. We are well, plenty of options and lots of food available.
The trips we took from the boat were even better than expected. An amazing experience.

Our time in Thailand was enjoyable, but there were some aspects that could be improved. The first day in Bangkok was exceptional, but the following days felt a bit repetitive and we would have preferred going directly to Chiang Rai and Chiang Mai. In Chiang Mai, our guide and driver were excellent, and the half-day elephant experience at Elephant Rescue Park was just right.
Regarding one of our guides, Mr. Oakkey, we want to be clear that he is a kind man and very accommodating, but there were situations that made us uncomfortable. He often slept for long stretches during drives, left us waiting after a long and hot walk, and included his own meals in our bill at restaurants. We also noticed he did not always accompany us in places where extra support would have been helpful, such as slippery paths or narrow walkways. These are small issues, but worth noting for improvement, especially when guiding older travelers. With clearer direction, we believe he could become a wonderful guide.
Despite these minor points, we truly had a fabulous time and are very thankful for the entire experience. We would not hesitate to recommend your services to friends and family. Less
