Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, you will be picked up by our driver and then transferred to your hotel. Have a rest after a long flight.

Morning

Have breakfast then meet our driver and travel to Cai Be tourist pier.

The Mekong Ecolodge boat picks you up at the pier and disembarks to explore the lively Mekong Delta:

• Visit Com candy craft village, where you can see the production process of candy nuggets and try freshly baked sweet nuggets. 
• The next destination is the bee farm. Take a look at the honey-making process and enjoy honey tea.
• Continues to Tan Phong island and explores native specialty fruit gardens such as durian, rambutan, longan, plum, and more.
• Travel to Uncle 5 On's house to join the garden folk music exchange with local artists and enjoy a cup of tea and welcome fruit of the host.

Experience dinghy sailing in a small canal around Tan Phong island to Mekong Ecolodge to rest, then join a cooking class and have lunch.

Afternoon

You can take a walk around the Ecolodge campus to see tropical fruit & colorful flower gardens. Here, you can even pick and try those fruits (apple, cherry, guava, strawberry, toad,...) for free on the spot. 

13:00: get on a bicycle to start the journey to discover and participate in amusing activities with the people on Tan Phong Island. 

• First, we go to Sister 3's house to see the process of making traditional rice paper rolls.
• Visit Aunt 4's house to watch how the worker here knits a hammock with banana rope.
• Cycling to Thao's house to learn how to knit water hyacinth, you can try to knit one yourself. After that, you’ll make beautiful gifts with the guidance of Ms. Thao. 
• Go to Ms. Hieu's house to see the process of making nail files with bamboo sticks - a locally available material. 

End the trip and cycle back to Ecolodge. 

Around 15:00: Get on the boat and go back to Cai Be tourist pier. Our driver will pick you up and drive you to your hotel.

You are free for the rest of the day. Let’s explore the bustling Ho Chi Minh City at night.

Morning /Afternoon

You will go on a half-day tour to Cu Chi Tunnels, a historical site built during the Vietnam War in the mid-20th century

Upon arrival, watch a documentary film to learn more about the Cu Chi area and its contribution to the Vietnam War.

• Explore the tunnel site, which includes many hidden trap doors within the maze-like tunnels, and learn more about the handmade weapon and traps.
• Discover specially constructed underground living areas with kitchens, bedrooms, storage, weapons factories, field hospitals, and command centers helping the Viet Cong soldiers lives inside.
• Taste special tea and tapioca which was the guerilla’s food during the war.

You can also try a gun from a war era at the nearby firing range (additional charges)

End of the trip, our driver will transfer you back to your hotel

Afternoon

Take a flight from Tan Son Nhat International Airport to Da Nang Airport for around 1 hour.

Transfer from Da Nang to Hoi An, check in and stay for the night.

Don’t miss the Japanese Covered Bridge, a well-known landmark that continues to connect parts of the old town and serves as a reminder of Hoi An’s multicultural history. End the morning tour by browsing handicraft shops and art galleries, then take a stroll through smaller lanes to observe the quieter, authentic side of town life.

The afternoon tour begins with a convenient hotel pickup, followed by a short transfer to a local bicycle rental shop. Here, you’ll choose your preferred bike for the journey ahead, perfectly suited for a scenic ride through the tranquil countryside.

Pedal your way toward Tra Que Village, a peaceful farming community nestled just outside Hoi An. Along the way, soak in the picturesque landscapes - lush rice paddies, water buffalo grazing in the fields, and traditional village life unfolding around you.

Upon arrival at Tra Que, you'll be welcomed by friendly local residents eager to share their daily routines. Take a guided stroll through vibrant herb gardens and observe the meticulous care that goes into every crop. Join in and lend a hand with traditional farming tasks - learning firsthand how to cultivate and harvest vegetables using time-honored techniques.

Visit Famous Attractions Of Hoi An Ancient Town

Morning

Your adventure begins with a morning pickup between 08:00 and 09:00 from your hotel in central Hoi An by a friendly local guide. After a brief transfer, you’ll head to the pier and board a speedboat, setting off across the sparkling waters toward Cham Island.

Upon arrival, your guide will lead you on a walking tour of Bai Lang, the island’s main village. Explore the Cham Island Biosphere Reserve, visit the ancient Champa well, marvel at the historic Hai Tang Pagoda, and stroll through the local market. This immersive introduction offers a glimpse into the unique culture, daily life, and history of the island community.

Next, you’ll transfer to either Bai Xep or Hon Tai - two stunning beach areas known for their vibrant marine life. Here, you’ll have the chance to snorkel in crystal-clear waters, admiring coral reefs and colorful sea creatures that make up this underwater paradise.

After working up an appetite, you’ll enjoy a set-menu lunch at a seaside restaurant. Vegetarian and dietary options are available with advance notice. Following lunch, take time to relax on the beach, swim in the refreshing sea, or simply bask in the sun.

Afternoon

Around 14:00 - 14:30, you’ll board the boat for your return journey to Hoi An. After arriving at the pier, your guide will escort you back to your hotel, bringing a delightful day of culture, nature, and adventure to a close.

After breakfast, pack your belongings and transfer from Hoi An to Da Nang Airport to fly to Suvarnabhumi International Airport.

Your flavorful evening in Bangkok begins at 19:00, when your friendly local tour guide arrives in a classic tuk-tuk to pick you up at the meeting point.

The journey kicks off with a stroll through this vibrant area, where the streets are lined with fragrant food carts and humble open-air eateries. The aroma of sizzling Thai delicacies fills the air, and you’ll sample a variety of colorful, flavorful street foods that showcase the diversity of local cuisine.

From there, the tuk-tuk whisks you to the bustling Saphan Khao Market, a wholesale haven for fresh fruits grown and harvested by Thai farmers. It’s a feast for the senses, with row after row of vibrant tropical fruits, many of which you can taste fresh on the spot.

Next, you’ll make a quick stop at Phra Athit Road, a hidden gem where Bangkok’s famous Roti and curry stalls steal the spotlight. Here, enjoy a delicious blend of sweet and savory dishes, including a visit to one of the city’s most iconic eateries serving legendary Pad Thai.

As the evening deepens, the tuk-tuk takes you to the serene grounds of Wat Pho, where the golden temples and the awe-inspiring Reclining Buddha shine under soft night lighting, creating a majestic and tranquil atmosphere.

Your final stop is the magical Pak Khlong Talat, Thailand’s largest flower market, which truly comes alive at night. Walk among stalls overflowing with jasmine, orchids, and marigolds, and soak in the delightful fragrances and vibrant colors that fill the cool night air.

Hotel pick-up to get to the unique Damnoen Saduak Floating Market, about 100 km southwest of Bangkok.

Here, you can get on a long-tailed speedboat tour to see how local life goes on and look for a lovely souvenir or freshly picked goods from hundreds of vendors and purchasers on their small boats.

You can also observe Thai traditional houses, understand the way they live, and enjoy market activities from a passage along the canal if you don’t want to get on the boat.

Return to your hotel and relax.

Afternoon

Our driver will transfer you to the train station to take an overnight train to the beautiful Chiang Mai(travel duration: 14 hours 20 minutes).

NOTE: You will share the berths with other travelers. If available, you can upgrade to a private cabin with a surcharge.

Enjoy breakfast and transfer to Doi Suthep Temple, a dominant sacred temple among the Thais located on a mountain.

You can get on a cable car or take a walk on the ‘Serpent Steps’, a 309-step stairway lined by gorgeously embellished Nagas which lead straight to the entrance of the temple.

Upon reaching the place, you will have a chance to witness the magnificent central chedi’s sight and other stunning sculptures, bells, pagodas, and shrines around the temple.

One of the most recommended activities is conquering the 1,615m Doi Suthep top for the gorgeous panoramic view over Chiang Mai, which is perfect for beautiful photos.

Afternoon

Early arrival at Chiang Mai Train Station. Fulfill your energy with a warm breakfast before starting the tour to explore the finest temples of Chiang Mai:

Visit Wat Phra Singh, one of the most venerated temples in the city with stand-out Lanna-style roofs and glittering viharn.

Continue to Wat Chedi Luang, the temple of the great stupa dating back more than 600 years ago.

The final stop is Wat Chiang Man, the very first royal temple of the city, which covers some important Buddhist images. Take a look at its chedi (pagoda), which has 15 life-size elephant carvings incorporated into its base.

Return to the city center, and take a rest at your hotel.

Join an Amusing Chiang Mai Temples Tour

Morning

Your day begins around 8:00 - 8:30 with a friendly pickup from your hotel or accommodation in Chiang Mai. Settle in for a scenic 1.5-hour drive south of the city, passing through lush hillsides, dense forests, and tranquil farming villages, offering a glimpse of Northern Thailand's peaceful countryside.

Upon arrival at the Elephant Jungle Sanctuary, you’ll be welcomed by your guide. A short 10–15 minute jungle walk brings you to the heart of the sanctuary. Here, you’ll change into traditional Karen clothing and join a brief introduction about elephant anatomy, behavior, and the ethical mission behind the sanctuary.

At around 11:00, you’ll meet the stars of the day - rescued elephants. Feed them baskets of bananas and sugarcane, pet them, and walk alongside them in their natural surroundings. Get to know their stories as you observe their personalities and interactions up close. There will be plenty of time for photos and bonding.

Around noon, recharge with a delicious Thai lunch and seasonal fruits, freshly prepared on-site.

Afternoon

After lunch, the experience deepens. Learn to prepare herbal medicine balls to boost the elephants' health, and then feed them once more. You’ll follow them to the riverbank for an immersive bathing session, brushing their thick skin and cooling off together.

At 14:00, enjoy a fun and messy mud spa session, where you help the elephants coat themselves in protective clay. Cap off your adventure with a swim in the river - an unforgettable way to connect with these gentle giants.

By 15:00, it’s time to change clothes, say a heartfelt goodbye to the elephants, and start the journey back to Chiang Mai. You’ll arrive back at your hotel around 17:00, filled with new memories and a deeper appreciation for wildlife conservation.

After breakfast, enjoy the last day at the “Rose of the North” 

Transfer to Chiang Mai International Airport for your departure flight. End of the tour.
