Half Day Angkor Tour | 16/02/2024

Our tour guide was a really nice guy, but we could only understand a little of what he said. However, Angkor Wat was absolutely amazing! It blew us away with its incredible beauty and fascinating history. We were truly impressed by the experience.

Angkor Wat and Small Circuit Full Day | 14/02/2024

Sometimes we had a bit hard to understanding our guide's pronunciation, but it didn't cause any major issues. He was by far the most enthusiastic guide we've ever had! Angkor Wat was absolutely stunning, and the locals were incredibly warm and welcoming.

Siem Reap Temple Discovery 2 days | 02/02/2024
Highly suggest!

A really good hotel. It has a nice vibe and a comfy bed with good sheets. The breakfasts are tasty. The big pool surrounded by plants looks nice, but the water is kinda warm, not really refreshing, though I'm not complaining.

Angkor Thom half day | 02/01/2024
The Angkor Thom is magnificent.

Touring the enormous space of Angkor Thom is wonderful experience. Angkor Thom is absolutely gorgeous. That is so great that they can keep and maintain the ancient beauty of this old-aged place.

The number of days you need to travel in Siem Reap can vary depending on your interests but BestPrice suggests you should spend from 2 - 5 days.

2 - 3 days: If you have limited time, you can still cover the essential highlights, such as Angkor Wat, Bayon Temple, and Ta Prohm Temple. Additionally, take the opportunity to explore the vibrant markets and sample Khmer cuisine.

4 - 5 days: You can explore everything Siem Reap offers in this timeframe. It allows for a relaxed pace, enabling you to immerse yourself fully in the rich cultural and historical attractions of the region.

When exploring Angkor Wat and its neighboring temples, it's important to dress respectfully. You should wear trousers that cover your knees and opt for tops with sleeves.

Remember to avoid clothing such as skirts, small shorts, tank tops, or anything else considered revealing within temple grounds. By dressing appropriately, you demonstrate cultural sensitivity and honor the historical significance of these revered sites.

Siem Reap is considered a safe destination while traveling, even at night, but it is still important to be cautious and follow some precautions.

Choosing busy and crowded main streets, where there are bright street lights and the presence of security forces is a useful measure. In addition, always be alert to your surroundings and stay away from remote or less-frequented places at night.

Siem Reap offers a variety of attractions and activities beyond Angkor Wat. Here are some recommended things to do.

  • Take a boat tour to one of the floating villages on Tonle Sap Lake, such as Kampong Phluk or Chong Khneas.
  • Immerse yourself in Cambodian culture by attending traditional dance performances in the Phare Cambodian Circus.
  • Visit local markets like Psar Chas (Old Market) and try authentic Khmer cuisine.
  • Indulge in some relaxation and wellness activities, such as spa treatments, yoga classes, or meditation sessions.
