I especially appreciated that she took the time to meet me in person during the trip.

I was satisfied with most of the hotel selections, although the accommodation in Hue did not quite meet my expectations for a four-star standard. That said, this was not Mia’s responsibility, as the hotel choices follow the company’s arrangements.

When we ran into an unexpected visa issue, Rosie resolved it smoothly and reassured us right away, which meant so much.

The hotels were excellent, with fantastic breakfasts, attentive staff and very convenient locations.

Our guides in each destination were exceptional, sharing rich local knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for their culture. Tom in Hanoi, Mr. Tuan in Hoi An, and Mr. Hiep in Ho Chi Minh City through to Chau Doc were true highlights of our journey.

Our driver on the route from Ho Chi Minh City to Chau Doc was professional, careful and incredibly considerate. I especially appreciated his kindness when I felt unwell during the drive. The vehicle was always spotless and thoughtfully prepared with cool water, sweets and tissues.
