Welcome to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam’s bustling southern metropolis, where modern skyscrapers stand alongside colonial boulevards and lively street markets.

Upon arrival at the airport, meet your local guide and transfer to your hotel in the city centre. The rest of the day is free to relax after your international flight or explore the city at your own pace.

Morning

At 08:00, meet your guide at the hotel and travel approximately two hours through the countryside to the Cu Chi Tunnels. Once used by Vietnamese soldiers as hiding places, supply routes and living quarters, this extensive underground network offers insight into the ingenuity and survival strategies employed during the Vietnam War.

Before exploring the tunnels, watch a short documentary about their construction and wartime role. Then, venture into selected narrow passageways to see how this underground network operated. After the visit, enjoy a light lunch featuring local specialities.

Afternoon

Return to central Ho Chi Minh City to visit Notre Dame Cathedral and the Saigon Central Post Office, two prominent landmarks from the French colonial period. Built in 1877, the cathedral is recognised for its red-brick façade and twin bell towers. Nearby, the Central Post Office features vaulted ceilings, antique maps, and distinctive Renaissance-inspired architecture. 

NOTE: Please be advised that the Cathedral of Notre Dame will be closed temporarily due to repair concerns.

Continue to the Reunification Palace, formerly the presidential residence of South Vietnam. Explore its meeting rooms and historic halls, which played a significant role in the country's modern history.

Next, visit the War Remnants Museum, where photographs, artefacts and exhibitions provide insight into the Vietnam War and its lasting impact.

End the city tour at Ben Thanh Market, one of Ho Chi Minh City's oldest trading centres. Browse stalls selling fresh produce, spices, local snacks, handicrafts and souvenirs before returning to your hotel.

Morning

Around 07:00 - 07:30, depart Ho Chi Minh City for Ben Tre, a province known for its coconut-growing industry and network of waterways. Along the way, watch the scenery change from busy urban streets to rice fields, orchards and rural villages.

On arrival, board a boat and cruise along the Ham Luong River, one of the main branches of the Mekong River. Stop at a local coconut workshop to see how coconuts are made into sweets, oils and handicrafts.

Continue to a traditional mat-weaving house, where local artisans demonstrate how they weave colourful mats from reeds. Enjoy tea and fresh tropical fruit while learning about this local craft.

Next, explore the village lanes by xe loi (motorised rickshaw) or bicycle, passing fruit orchards, shaded canals and everyday scenes of rural life.

Afternoon

Enjoy lunch at a riverside restaurant before taking a traditional sampan ride through the Delta’s narrow canals, shaded by water coconut palms. This quieter journey offers a closer look at the waterways and landscapes that shape daily life in Ben Tre.

At around 17:00, return to your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City.

Morning

After breakfast, you will transfer to the airport for a short flight from Ho Chi Minh City to Hoi An, the ancient town that has long been admired as the cultural heart of Central Vietnam. Upon arrival, our local guide will welcome you at the airport and take you to your hotel in Hoi An, where you’ll have some time to refresh before beginning your exploration.

Afternoon

At 15:00, your journey into the enchanting Hoi An Ancient Town, a UNESCO World Heritage site begins. This charming riverside town is famed for its timeless beauty, lantern-lit streets, and a perfect harmony of cultures that have thrived here for centuries.

The first stop is the bustling Hoi An Market, where vibrant stalls overflow with fresh produce, herbs, and spices, filling the air with tantalizing aromas. From there, discover the ornate Phuc Kien Chinese Assembly Hall, built as a place of worship and community, showcasing intricate woodwork and colorful altars.

Step into either Tan Ky Ancient House or Phung Hung Ancient House to admire their centuries-old architecture and learn about ancestor worship traditions. A visit to the Museum of Folk Culture deepens your understanding of local heritage through artifacts and stories of Hoi An’s past.

Your journey continues with a cultural pause at the Hoi An Traditional Performing Arts House, where melodic music and graceful dances bring Vietnam’s folk traditions to life.

Just a short stroll away, the iconic Japanese Covered Bridge, over 400 years old, awaits with its delicate carvings and paintings, symbolizing Hoi An’s unique blend of cultures. As you wander, you’ll also encounter inviting handicraft shops, art galleries, and hidden neighborhoods, each offering a glimpse of the town’s creative spirit.

As twilight falls, embark on a gentle boat ride along the river. Here, you will release a glowing flower lantern onto the water, a heartfelt gesture of good fortune and peace for yourself and your loved ones. The sparkling reflections of thousands of lanterns drifting along the river create a dreamy, almost magical atmosphere.

Back on land, continue your evening stroll through winding lanes, stopping to savor Hoi An’s famous street food. You can indulge in crispy Vietnamese bread “Banh My”, sweet and savory banana fried pancake, iconic Cao Lau or Quang noodle, refreshing herbal tea or sweet bean soup, smoky grilled pork skewers, delicate Banh Beo, and the elegant White Rose dumplings.

By 19:30, your guide will escort you back to your hotel, carrying with you not only the taste of local delicacies but also the magical memories of Hoi An by night.

At around (08:30) or afternoon (14:00), your guide will meet you at the hotel to begin an immersive journey into rural Vietnam.

Cycle along narrow village roads leading to Cam Thanh Village, a peaceful fishing community surrounded by lush rice paddies, fish ponds, and shrimp farms. The gentle ride offers a window into the unhurried rhythm of countryside life.

Meet friendly local farmers in their fields and join them in traditional agricultural practices. Try your hand at ploughing the earth, and planting baby rice shoots. Continue with a stop at a local fisherman’s home, where warm hospitality awaits. Sip fragrant tea, sample homemade coconut jam, and meet members of the family, gaining insight into their daily traditions and simple way of life.

Your adventure deepens as you enter the water palm coconut paradise, a scenic mangrove area that once sheltered villagers during wartime. Here, join local fishermen to learn their age-old techniques of catching fish and purple crabs using unique woven nets.

Climb aboard a round bamboo basket boat, paddling through quiet waterways and listening to fascinating stories about the Vietnam - American War, passed down through generations.

Afternoon

A hearty lunch is served at a local home, where you’ll not only enjoy authentic flavors but also roll up your sleeves in a hands-on cooking session. Learn how to make fresh rice milk and cook traditional Hoi An pancakes (Banh Xeo) - crispy, fragrant, and best eaten fresh off the pan.

By 13:00 or 18:30, your guide will escort you back to your hotel, leaving you with heartfelt memories of Cam Thanh’s warm people, rich traditions, and the timeless charm of Vietnam’s countryside.

At 07:00 - 07:30, your guide and driver will meet you at the hotel in Hoi An before collecting other guests in Da Nang at around 08:00 - 08:30.

The journey begins with a breathtaking drive along the Hai Van Pass, one of the most stunning coastal roads in the world. With its winding curves, dramatic mountain views, and sweeping seascapes, this route offers countless opportunities for admiration.

At around 11:00, visit Khai Dinh Tomb, an imperial mausoleum known for its blend of Vietnamese and European architectural styles. Explore the intricately decorated interiors, featuring detailed glass and porcelain mosaics. 

By 12:30, enjoy a delicious lunch at a local specialty restaurant, where Hue-style dishes reveal the city’s renowned royal culinary heritage.

Afternoon

At 13:30, explore the Imperial Citadel, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that once served as the political and cultural centre of the Nguyen Dynasty. Walk through its historic gates, courtyards, palaces and temples to learn about Vietnam's imperial past. 

At 15:00, continue to Thien Mu Pagoda, one of Hue's best-known religious landmarks. Located on the banks of the Perfume River, the pagoda is recognised for its seven-storey tower and peaceful riverside setting. 

At 16:00, begin your return journey to your hotel in Hue.

After breakfast, transfer to the airport in Hue for your flight to Hanoi, Vietnam’s capital. On arrival, meet your local guide and driver for the transfer to your hotel. 

The rest of the day is free to relax or explore at your own pace. You may wander through the narrow streets of the Old Quarter, browse local shops and street stalls, or stop at a café to enjoy a cup of traditional Vietnamese coffee. 

Morning

At 07:30 - 08:00, meet your guide at the hotel and depart for Ninh Binh, approximately 120 km from Hanoi. The drive takes you through rural landscapes of rice fields, winding rivers and traditional villages.

At around 10:30, visit Hoa Lu Ancient Capital, which served as Vietnam’s political and economic centre during the 10th and 11th centuries. Explore the historic temple complex and learn about the Dinh and Early Le dynasties. 

At Dinh King Temple, dating back to the 17th century, you will admire exquisite wood and stone carvings that showcase the artistry and devotion of a bygone era.

At 12:00, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, featuring regional dishes from Ninh Binh. 

Afternoon

At around 14:00, embark on a tranquil sampan boat ride along the Ngo Dong River. Rowed by skillful locals, the boat gently glides past endless rice paddies and towering limestone karsts, immersing you in a cinematic natural landscape. As you float through Hang Ca, Hang Hai, and Hang Ba caves, marvel at the mysterious stalactites that hang like shimmering chandeliers in the dark caverns.

At around 16:00, visit Mua Cave and climb the stone steps to the summit of Ngoa Long Mountain. From the top, enjoy panoramic views across Tam Coc’s rice fields and limestone peaks.

At 17:30, begin the return journey to Hanoi. Arrive at your hotel at around 20:30.

Morning

At 08:00 - 08:30, your driver will pick you up from the hotel in Hanoi and transfer you along the brand-new Hanoi - Hai Phong Expressway toward the legendary Halong Bay.

On arrival at the port, board your cruise and enjoy a welcome drink while the crew introduces the itinerary and provides a safety briefing. Once the cruise sets sail, enjoy lunch in the onboard restaurant as you pass the bay’s limestone karsts and calm waters.

Afternoon

Depending on each cruise itinerary, visit a famous attraction of Halong Bay. You may visit Sung Sot (Surprise) Cave, one of the bay’s largest caves. Climb more than 50 stone steps to reach its chambers, where illuminated stalactites and stalagmites create striking natural formations. 

As the sun sets, join the cruise’s scheduled activities, which may include a Vietnamese cooking demonstration or fruit-carving session. Dinner is served in the onboard restaurant, featuring fresh seafood and Vietnamese specialities.

After dinner, enjoy the evening at your leisure. Depending on the cruise programme, you may try squid fishing, play board games, have a drink at the bar or relax on the sundeck before retiring to your cabin for the night.

Morning

At 06:30 - 07:00, start the day with a light breakfast, accompanied by coffee or tea, while watching the sunrise over Halong Bay. Join a Tai Chi session on the sundeck, enjoying the quiet morning atmosphere and views of the surrounding limestone formations.

Your journey continues with another famous destination such as the picturesque Titop Island, famous for its crescent-shaped beach and tranquil atmosphere. You can climb the stone steps to the viewpoint for a 360-degree view of Halong Bay, or relax on the beach and swim in the clear waters.

Return to the cruise for brunch as the vessel sails back towards the port. Disembark at the cruise port at noon, marking the end of your overnight cruise. 

Afternoon

A comfortable transfer will return you to Hanoi, where you will be dropped off at your hotel or chosen destination, concluding a memorable chapter of your Vietnam adventure.

At around 08:00 or 13:00, meet your guide in the hotel lobby before setting out to explore Hanoi’s historical and cultural landmarks. 

Begin at the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, an important site where visitors pay their respects to Vietnam’s former leader. Nearby, visit Ho Chi Minh’s House-on-Stilts and the Presidential Palace to learn more about his life and the country’s history.

NOTE: The mausoleum is closed Mon and Fri and from Jun - Aug. You can only take photographs from the outside.

Continue to One Pillar Pagoda, a distinctive Buddhist temple built on a single stone pillar above a lotus pond. Its unique design and spiritual symbolism make it one of Hanoi’s best-known architectural landmarks.

Next, explore the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first national university, established during the Ly Dynasty in honour of Confucius. Walk through its historic courtyards and pavilions, and see the stone steles commemorating scholars who passed the royal examinations.

Conclude the tour with a meal at a nearby restaurant, sampling traditional Vietnamese dishes before returning to your hotel.

After breakfast, transfer to the airport in Hanoi for your flight to Bangkok, Thailand’s vibrant capital. On arrival, meet your local guide and driver for the transfer to your hotel in the city centre.

After breakfast, we begin the Bangkok city tour, a journey that showcases the spiritual and cultural heart of Thailand’s capital. Known for its glittering temples and regal landmarks, the city offers an immersive look into centuries of history and Buddhist tradition.

Our first stop is the Grand Palace, the former royal residence and one of Thailand’s most magnificent architectural masterpieces. Within the complex lies the sacred Wat Phra Kaew, home to the revered Emerald Buddha Statue, where every detail of the temple gleams with artistry and devotion.

We continue on to Wat Pho, the famed temple of the Reclining Buddha, where the massive gilded figure stretches an impressive 46 meters in length.

Just nearby, we will explore Wat Traimit, also called the Temple of the Golden Buddha, which houses the world’s largest solid gold Buddha statue, symbolizing prosperity and purity.

In the afternoon, step aboard a traditional long-tail boat for a scenic ride along the Chao Phraya River. As you glide through the bustling waterways and inner canals, you’ll witness the fascinating contrast between modern city life and timeless riverside traditions.

During the cruise, we will see Wat Arun, the iconic Temple of Dawn, whose soaring spires glitter in the sunlight and stand as one of Bangkok’s most celebrated landmarks.

After this full day of exploration, return to your hotel and take some time to relax and unwind at your own pace.

This morning, you will set out from Bangkok by minivan and boat to uncover the historical highlights of Ayutthaya, the ancient capital of Thailand. Once the heart of a flourishing kingdom, Ayutthaya today offers a fascinating blend of majestic ruins, sacred temples, and timeless cultural treasures.

Your first stop is Bang Pa-In Palace, a lavish riverside retreat once used by Thai kings. The complex impresses with its blend of European, Gothic, and Thai-Buddhist architecture, creating a dreamy setting that reflects centuries of regal elegance.

A short drive takes you to Wat Yai Chai Mongkol, a grand temple built by King U-Thong on the banks of the Pa Sak River. Here, towering chedis and rows of serene Buddha statues stand as powerful symbols of faith and history.

At Sanur Beach, you will board a public fast boat to Nusa Penida, enjoying the sea breeze and early morning light as the boat departs at either 07:30 or 08:30, arriving at Toyapakeh Pier around 09:30.

The first stop is Angel’s Billabong, a natural infinity pool and tidal lagoon offering a majestic view of the island’s rugged coastline.

Just a short walk away is Broken Beach (Pantai Pasih Uug), a dramatic cove with a natural rock arch where the turquoise waves crash into the remnants of an ancient cave - one of the most iconic and photogenic spots on Nusa Penida.

Next, you will enjoy a complimentary Indonesian set lunch at a local restaurant, savoring traditional flavors before continuing your exploration.

Afternoon

After lunch, the tour proceeds to Kelingking Beach Secret Point, arguably the most photographed site on the island. This stop is for photo opportunities only, as access to the beach is restricted for safety.

Finally, return to Buyuk Penida Pier to catch the public fast boat back to Bali, arriving at Sanur Beach, where our guide and driver will transfer you back to your hotel.

After breakfast, at 09:00, depart from your hotel to Tanjung Benoa Beach, Bali’s hub for marine adventure. Here, enjoy exciting Water sports activities, including:

• One round Banana Boat ride
• Glass-bottom boat trip to Turtle Island: You’ll have the opportunity to observe marine life through the glass-bottom boat and meet turtles at the conservation site.

Option 1: Uluwatu Temple Tour

After lunch, head to the majestic Uluwatu Temple, perched dramatically on a cliff over 100 meters above the Indian Ocean. This ancient Hindu temple offers spectacular ocean views, especially at sunset. Wander the temple grounds where friendly monkeys roam, believed to be the spiritual guardians of the temple.

Option 2: Tanah Lot Temple Tour

Alternatively, visit Tanah Lot Temple, one of Bali’s most iconic landmarks. Rising from a rocky outcrop amidst crashing waves, this sea temple is a photographer’s dream. If weather permits, marvel at the sunset view with the temple’s silhouette framed by glowing skies. Browse through nearby stalls selling Balinese handicrafts – perfect souvenirs to take home.

After the tour, transfer back to your hotel.

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel before spending the day at leisure along Bali’s coastline.
