Payment and Deposit
To ensure that both parties fulfill their obligations properly, the following are our standard payment terms and conditions.
Deposit
- A deposit of 30% of the total tour cost or full payment (depending on the specific tour) is required to confirm your booking.
- Payment can be made via any of our available online payment methods.
- Once your deposit is received, a confirmation invoice will be issued within 24 hours.
Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid before the travel date.
The due date will vary depending on the services booked and will be clearly confirmed by your travel consultant during the booking process.

We accept UnionPay, Visa, MasterCard, and JCB cards. BestPrice Travel is a verified merchant of the OnePay system, ensuring secure and reliable transactions.
Kindly note that a 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments processed via OnePay.

Confirm booking & Voucher
All bookings are generally confirmed by email within one (1) working day. If immediate confirmation is not possible, we will notify you of your booking status at the time of reservation.
Once your trip is confirmed and full payment (or required deposit) has been received, BestPrice Travel will issue an official service voucher. This voucher serves as proof of your booking and can be sent to you directly or via email.
Liability and Insurance
BestPrice Travel is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expense incurred by passengers as a result of delays, accidents, natural disasters, political events, or civil unrest. All such risks and related costs must be borne by the traveler.
Travelers are strongly advised and required to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering health, accidents, cancellations, and personal belongings before the trip.
Airline schedules, local conditions, or unforeseen circumstances may cause changes to accommodations or itineraries. In such cases, BestPrice Travel will make every reasonable effort to provide alternative arrangements of similar value.
Participation in any tour organized by BestPrice Travel constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions by all parties involved.
Cancellations & Refund
Cancellation fees for bookings will be determined based on the policies of our local suppliers, including cruise lines, hotels, and transportation partners. Each supplier may have its own terms and conditions. Specific cancellation and refund policies are displayed on each cruise page under the “Rate & Availability” section.
Please note:
- Once the tour or cruise has commenced, no refund or exchange will be made for any unused portion or for customers who voluntarily opt out during the trip.
- If any services confirmed in your booking are not used, no compensation will be provided for the unused parts.
General cancellation policy for individual travelers (FIT):
Cancellation charges will be applied according to the following schedule, unless otherwise specified in your confirmation or supplier’s terms.

Group travelers (GIT): For group bookings, separate cancellation and refund conditions will be provided upon confirmation.
Special conditions:
Please note that certain hotels, cruises, or promotional rates may have stricter cancellation policies or non-refundable conditions — especially during peak seasons or special offers. These will be clearly communicated via email at the time of booking, and the corresponding supplier policy will apply.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to your BestPrice Travel consultant. Cancellations made through other channels (such as phone or chat) will not be considered valid without written confirmation.
1. Tour packages (3 days and above)
- More than 60 days before arrival date: Free of charge
- 30–59 days before arrival date: 30% of total rate
- 15–29 days before arrival date: 50% of total rate
- 7–14 days before arrival date: 70% of total rate
- Less than 7 days before arrival or No show: 100% of total rate
2. Halong Bay Cruises
- More than 30 days before check-in: Free of charge
- 11–30 days before check-in: 30% of total rate
- 7–10 days before check-in: 50% of total rate
- Less than 7 days before check-in or No show: 100% of total rate
3. Mekong River Cruises
- More than 90 days before check-in: 30% of cruise price
- 60–89 days before check-in: 50% of cruise price
- 30–59 days before check-in: 75% of cruise price
- Less than 30 days before check-in: 100% of cruise price
4. Short Tours (1–3 days)
- More than 7 days before arrival: 10% of total rate
- 4–7 days before arrival: 50% of total rate
- Less than 3 days before arrival or No show: 100% of total rate
Note:
- All cancellations must be made in writing via email to your BestPrice Travel consultant.
- Refunds will be processed based on net amounts received, excluding any bank or transaction fees.
- Certain services (especially cruises and hotels during peak seasons or promotions) may have stricter conditions, which will be communicated individually at the time of booking.
Children Policy
1. Cruise Bookings
Each cruise line has its own specific child and cancellation policies. Please refer to the detailed information shown under the “Cruise Details” section on the product page.
2. Tour Packages
The child rate is applicable for one child sharing a twin or double room with two adults (maximum one discounted child per couple).
- Infants (< 4 years old): Free of charge (FOC), except for domestic flight tickets.
- Children 4 – under 11 years old: Without bed: 50% of adult rate
- With extra bed: 75% of the adult rate
- In twin share: 90% of the adult rate
- From 11 years old and above: charged at the adult rate.
Alternatives
While we make every effort to secure all the services as confirmed in your booking, circumstances beyond our control may occasionally require us to make substitutions.
In cases where transportation, accommodation, or other services are fully booked or unavailable, we reserve the right to provide an alternative service of equivalent or higher quality. Whenever possible, we will inform you of such changes at the earliest opportunity.
If we are unable to deliver the confirmed service, an alternative option or a revised travel date will be offered, subject to availability.
Should you choose not to accept the alternative or change of date, we will refund your deposit in full, and no further compensation will be applicable.
Best-price Travel guarantee
The prices displayed on our website include VAT (Value Added Tax) and service charges but exclude bank transaction fees or any optional services not specifically mentioned.
At BestPrice Travel, we want you to enjoy the lowest possible rate for your vacation in Vietnam. If you find the same hotel room, cruise cabin, or tour service with identical booking conditions at a lower publicly available rate on another website within 24 hours of your booking or before payment, simply let us know.
Once verified, we will match the difference between our rate and the lower rate — that’s our Best Price Guarantee.
Conditions for Price Matching:
- The lower price must be publicly available on another website (not via private email, membership rate, or closed-group offer).
- The product and booking conditions must be the same — including travel dates, room or cabin type, inclusions, and cancellation policies.
- The price match request must be submitted before payment or within one (1) day after payment.
- Requests received more than one day after payment, or for non-public offers, will not be eligible.
We are confident that our prices represent the best available value. If you find a qualifying lower rate, we will gladly match it.
Quality Guarantee
We work only with carefully selected and trusted partners to ensure that every service you experience with BestPrice Travel meets our high standards of quality and reliability. All of our hotels, cruises, and tour services are regularly inspected and reviewed to maintain consistent performance.
If, for any reason, the service you receive does not meet the quality or description we committed to, please let us know. Our team will promptly review the situation and offer a fair and reasonable solution — whether that’s a replacement service, an adjustment, or a partial refund — depending on the specific circumstances.
Money-back guarantee
In case the service provided by BestPrice Travel does not meet the committed quality or description, we will carefully review your feedback and offer a fair reimbursement once the claim is verified as valid.
This policy does not apply to circumstances beyond our operational control, including but not limited to weather conditions, technical issues, or changes made independently by third-party service providers (such as airlines, cruises, or hotels) without prior notice to us.
User's Contribution
The company's service may contain messages, personalized or profiled web pages, messaging functionality, and other interactive features (Interactive Services) that allow users to send, publish, and transmit content or materials (Member's Contribution) to others through the company's services.
Any information that you submit to Bestpricetravel.com's services will not be considered confidential information. By contributing any contributions to our services, you grant the irrevocable, complete, perpetual, and free of charge to republish, display, distribute, and modify.
You guarantee that you own or control all rights to the information that you contribute to BestPricetravel.com. You guarantee the legality, reliability, accuracy, and suitability of such information. We don't take responsibility to any third parties for the content or accuracy of any user's contribution.
Monitoring and Execution
Bestpricetravel.com has the right to eliminate or refuse to give any user's contributed information according to the company's assessment; implement the modifications that the company thinks are necessary to the user's contribution; reveal your identity or other information about you at the request of competent authorities; terminate or suspend your access to all or parts of the company's service for any or no reason.
Bestpricetravel.com does not review the document before it is published on Bestpricetravel.com's services and cannot guarantee immediate removal of such information after it has been posted.

The standard applies to any user's contributions. User's contributed content must comply with legal regulations.
