I'm just not really satisfied with the meals; they did not meet our expectations for a 5-star cruise.

Working with Haley at BestPrice Travel was wonderful; we found what we were looking for. Her follow-up was excellent. She then checked in with us at each stage of our trip. If I could, I would use her for our travels elsewhere in the world.

She helped us lock in the Grand Pioneers 1 cruise with a private transfer from Hanoi, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. The staff were attentive without being over the top, and the whole itinerary was well-paced with a nice mix of relaxation and activities.

When we arrived in Vietnam, there was a major storm, and all cruises were cancelled. Anna was quite helpful, keeping us informed of what was going on and arranging for us to take the trip on another date. She updated our transfers, verified when the drivers would arrive, and checked in to ensure that everything was going smoothly.
