My wife and I recently completed a 12-day tour of Vietnam, travelling from North to South, and it was an unforgettable experience. Thanks to Best Price Travel and the amazing Hang Moon. throughout the trip, Moon was with us every step of the way. Her communication was outstanding, staying in touch via WhatsApp and ensuring every part of our trip ran smoothly. The itinerary was well organised and balanced, covering all the highlights of Vietnam. Every detail, from airport transfers to hotel check-ins, tours, and internal transport was perfectly timed and stress free. The 4-star hotels we stayed in were fantastic, all including buffet breakfasts that exceeded our expectations. Lunches (when included) were set menus at reputable restaurants, giving us a real taste of Vietnamese cuisine. Our tour guides were knowledgeable, polite, and gave us plenty of time to explore and enjoy at our own pace. When our overnight Halong Bay cruise was unfortunately cut short due to bad weather, Best Price Travel quickly organised a private car to return us to our hotel without any delays. A refund was processed for the activities we missed was organised by our agent Moon. This was a hassle free experience, run by honest, professional people who really care about their clients. The local guides were friendly, punctual and shared a lot of interesting insights about the history, culture and food in each destination. At times, we found it a bit hard to understand a few of them, but overall they were very good.
We appreciated the small group sizes — some tours were just the two of us, which made the experience feel more personal. The included meals were generous and tasty. The 4-star hotels were generally comfortable, well located and had great breakfasts, although a couple of rooms could have benefited from proper outside windows.
One thing to note is that the pace can feel quite busy, especially if you’re used to travelling independently. Some activities, like trekking in Sapa or walking stairs at certain sites, were a bit tiring for us. That said, this can likely be adjusted if requested in advance.
Overall, we had a great time, learned a lot, and would definitely recommend Janet and BestPrice Travel — especially for first-time visitors to Vietnam and Cambodia. Less
