Zoe was also incredibly helpful when I left my iPad on the cruise ship and managed to make all the arrangements to get it back to my Hanoi hotel before I flew home that day.

Well, Grand Pioneer was amazing, the boat was fabulous, and our server, Gucci, was amazing towards us.
The room was incredible, clean and comfy, and the balcony was lovely to sit out.

The food was amazing, and we enjoyed it, and the setting and our seats were in a lovely place on the boat, and really lovely laid out…
One day, we will return, but lots of lovely memories

I wanted to express my deepest gratitude to you, your team, and the Ambassador Day Cruise team for your warmth and attentiveness in making sure my parents’ experience was enjoyable and memorable.

I was served by Rosie, and she explained to me truthfully, as I requested, that the cruise was easily accessible by wheelchair. And she advised me to take the Ambassador Cruise. The bus driver is also aware that we are bringing a wheelchair. When we reached the cruise, they even served as the best place inside and was very accessible for someone in a wheelchair.

Breakfast wasn’t the best. Very few things to choose from. During my two days, I didn’t really have breakfast because of the lack of food.

Accommodation: The room was very nice and comfortable. However, the sink in the shower was clogged. We reported this issue, but unfortunately, it was not fixed during our stay. Even with earplugs, we both couldn't really sleep. Neighbors also could not sleep because of this.
Excursions: The day trip to Viet Hai was very enjoyable, and we especially liked the bike tour. That said, we had different expectations regarding the cruise itself. We thought there would be more time traveling with the main boat and less time spent on the day boat.
Food: The food was acceptable, with quantities more than sufficient. However, given the price of the trip, we expected higher quality. Menos

The entire crew was really kind and helpful, and it was a wonderful experience. In order to help us with our cancelled flight, the manager went above and beyond. We couldn't find anything wrong with the boat, the meal, or the staff—everything was flawless. Our only regret is that we only reserved one night rather than two!

We’ve been really busy these past few days, so here’s our feedback. The transfer to the ship was generally quite good. What we didn’t understand, however, was a short 200-meter transfer to the actual bus that took us to the cruise. However, the window was broken and provisionally covered, which wasn’t very pleasant since we had to sit right next to it. Also, the seat adjustment was broken, and my girlfriend had to lie down the whole time. Without these two issues, the bus would have been perfect, but it was fine overall :) We really enjoyed the ship itself and would recommend it. Menos

It was a great trip and experience! Zoe at Best Travel was really kind and helpful. The cruise was wonderful, with lovely rooms and friendly staff.
The rest of the facilities were also lovely! Highly recommended.
