Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer

More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation due to bad weather

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

Children Policy

Children below 5 years old: FOC ( sharing EVERYTHING with parents ). From 02 children under 5 years old: 85% of adult's rate ( sharing bed )
Children from 5 to under 12 years old: charge 85% of adult rate ( sharing bed )
2 Children under 12 stay in a serapate room will pay double room, 1 child stay in a serapate room will pay 100% adult rate

Cruise Itineraries

Day 1Hanoi - Tuan Chau Port - Lan Ha Bay - Dark & Bright Caves

Morning

Between 08:00 and 08:30, guests staying in Hanoi’s Old Quarter will be picked up by D-car limousine for a comfortable transfer to Tuan Chau Marina (book in the next step with an additional fee).

Upon arrival at the Orient Legacy Private Lounge – Lot 24A, at around 11:30, you are invited to relax with a welcome drink while completing express check-in procedures before boarding.

At approximately 12:15, a tender boat transfers you to the Orient Legacy Cruise. After boarding, you are welcomed with refreshing drinks as the Cruise Manager introduces the itinerary, onboard facilities, and safety guidelines.

Afternoon

A lunch featuring authentic Vietnamese cuisine is served as the cruise glides past the limestone karsts and tranquil waters of Lan Ha Bay.

Start your excursion with the enchanting Dark and Bright Cave, one of the most scenic natural attractions in Lan Ha. You may explore the area by kayak or traditional local rowing boat while immersing yourself in the calm and untouched surroundings.

Returning to the cruise at sunset, guests can admire the breathtaking views from the sundeck while enjoying Happy Hour at the bar. A Vietnamese cooking demonstration is also available, where guests may learn how to make fresh spring rolls.

Evening

A refined gourmet dinner is served at the Pearl of Orient Restaurant. The menu showcases a harmonious fusion of Vietnamese culinary heritage and contemporary international flavors, prepared with carefully selected premium ingredients.

After dinner, you may choose to participate in squid fishing, unwind with a relaxing spa treatment (additional charges apply), or simply enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the bay under the night sky.

Day 2Tra Bau - Tuan Chau Port - Hanoi

Morning

Begin the day with a refreshing Tai Chi session on the sundeck while enjoying the peaceful sunrise over Lan Ha Bay. Tea, coffee, and a light breakfast are served onboard afterward.

Start the morning at Tra Bau, a tranquil corner of Lan Ha Bay famed for its pristine scenery and captivating seascapes. Kayak through towering limestone karsts, then cool off with a refreshing swim in the bay’s emerald waters.

After the excursion, it's time to return to the cruise for relaxation and check-out procedures at 9:30. Please leave luggage outside the cabin door for crew assistance.

Lunch is served at the restaurant while the cruise sails back toward Tuan Chau Marina. Around 11:00, guests disembark by tender boat as the journey comes to an end.

Afternoon

You using the limousine transfer service will depart from the lounge at Tuan Chau Marina for the journey back to Hanoi. Arrival in Hanoi is expected at approximately 14:30 - 15:00.
