More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation due to bad weather

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

Rates for teenager of 12 years old and above will be charged as adult’s rate

8:00 - 8:30: A convenient shuttle bus will be at your service to pick you up (book in the next step with an additional fee).

Upon reaching the Halong International Cruise Port at around 12:15, you will receive a warm welcome and be treated to a refreshing welcome drink before coming to the cruise ship.

As you settle in, you will be provided with a comprehensive briefing on safety instructions, ensuring that you have a secure and enjoyable experience on board.

Indulge in a delightful lunch at the restaurant while the cruise gracefully navigates towards the enchanting Bai Tu Long Bay.

Afternoon

Prepare to embark on a captivating adventure as you explore the remarkable Thien Canh Son Cave, widely celebrated as the most exquisite and breathtaking cave in Bai Tu Long Bay. Morning

Refresh your body and mind in Tai Chi class on the early second day before having a light breakfast.

Visit Vung Vieng village by kayak or sampan boat. At this time, you will learn more about fishing village life through stories of local people.

Return to the cruise to pack your luggage and process check-out at 9:00, and enjoy a tasty lunch before disembarking.

Afternoon

Around 11:30, arrive at the port and go back to Hanoi on the shuttle bus (book in the next step with an additional fee). We will arrive in the old quarter at around 14:00 - 14:30.

The 1st deck is the atmosphere for reception, spa and 12 Deluxe Ocean View Cabins spaced 15m2 each.

On the 2nd deck, there are 08 Premium Ocean View Cabins, 02 Suite Cabins, and 02 Terrace Suite Cabins (16m2, 23m2, 27m2) along with a public rest room.

The 3rd deck spends most of the space for a restaurant and a chilling bar corner.

The sundeck features a relaxing sunchair and an outdoor lounge for guests’ refreshments.

Situated on the 3rd deck, our restaurant offers a wide range of beverages for up to 48 guests. Spend time relax, take in the views, and indulge in your favorite tasty meals.

Our convenient shuttle bus service picks you up from your hotel located in the Hanoi Old Quarter, ensuring a hassle-free departure between 8:00 and 8:30. Enjoy a comfortable journey as you are smoothly transported to Halong International Cruise Port.

Departing from Tuan Chau Port

If you choose to arrange your transportation, you should reach the La Regina Classic Cruise station (No. 9, Halong International Cruise Port) around 11:30.

Around 12:00, a seamless embarkation process will take place as all guests are efficiently transferred to the La Regina Classic ship via tender.

Even though there are certain areas to evaluate, the voyage was pretty enjoyable. For example, in our room, the sockets were not working; experts arrived and repaired them. Furthermore, the bridge was being repaired during the void, which made the situation unpleasant. The accommodation itself was extremely pleasant, with a terrace and deckchairs. There was no minibar, but water was supplied. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The activities were enjoyable, including squid fishing, bathing, a jacuzzi, and kayaking. I'd want to thank Gino for looking after us throughout the vacation.

Lovely time onboard La Regina Classic

The journey to the boat was a little unpleasant, but everything after that was fantastic!
It appears that boat tour firms differ from buses that transfer you from your Hanoi hotel to the cruise ship dock. After arriving at the terminal, we were taken to a crowded waiting room for about an hour. I believe this was an exceptional experience because we were in Vietnam during the holiday season.
Everything went well after we boarded the ferry. Peter, the cruise director, is really kind and entertaining. The crew is also fantastic.
We liked the two activities: kayaking near a fishing town and exploring a cave on one of the islands.
There are four different cruise routes, and this one is the least crowded. I would highly recommend it because there appeared to be hundreds of people waiting at the dock, but we only saw one or two other boats while on the bay.

This was an incredible journey. From the minute I contacted Bestprice Travel to plan our vacation, their agent, JAM NGUYEN, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as delightful, comfortable, and hassle-free as possible. Jam worked with us before, during, and after our trip to ensure that we had the best possible experience, including addressing our questions late at night outside of office hours. The journey itself went quite easily, and the workers on the transfer and the ship were really polite and helpful. The scene was breathtaking, and the harbor was rather empty; in fact, we saw very few other boats as we left the docking area. The service on the boat and activities were also excellent. Overall, a very unique and delightful experience.
