From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation due to bad weather

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

Day 1Hanoi - Tuan Chau Port - Lan Ha Bay - Ao Ech

Morning

Around 8:00 - 8:30, the driver will pick you up from your hotel (book in the next step with an additional fee) and transport you to Lot 32, International Tuan Chau Harbor, Ha Long.

When you arrive at the Tuan Chau International Cruise Port at 11:30, please complete the check-in information and enjoy tea while you wait to board the cruise.

You will receive a warm welcome onboard. Then sit back, have some welcome refreshments, and listen to the cruise manager provide a briefing and safety introduction before checking into your accommodation.

Afternoon

A sumptuous lunch will be provided at the cruise restaurant as the ship travels leisurely through the center of Halong Bay.

Following your meal, you will discover the hidden charm of Ao Ech with crystal-clear waters and dramatic limestone cliffs. As you kayak through calm waters surrounded by pristine nature, you will feel as though you are exploring a hidden world tucked away within the bay.

The Orchid Cruise has relocated to Tra Bau, an unspoiled area, to have a refreshing dip in the emerald green lake and immerse yourself in breathtaking natural beauty.

Back on board the ship, you can relax on the terrace, watch the sun set, take advantage of the Happy Hour (buy 1 get 1) program, which allows you to buy one drink and get another for free, or enjoy a cooking class.

Night

Enjoy a delicious dinner at the elegant and homey Indochinese restaurant, which serves a fusion menu of Asian and European flavors.

Then, you can participate in interesting activities such as squid fishing, massages, or relaxing on the patio while admiring the bay's mysterious beauty at night.

Alternatively, drinking at the bar, listening to music, and playing cards are all great ways to meet new people.

Day 2Cat Ba Island - Trung Trang Cave - Hanoi

Morning

Wake up early to see the bay at its best while enjoying an energizing Tai Chi session on the sundeck. Let's start with a delicious breakfast to prepare for the journey ahead.

After breakfast, transfer by bus to Trung Trang Cave, nestled in the heart of Cat Ba National Park. This 300-meter-long limestone cave features impressive stalactites, stalagmites, and unique rock formations sculpted over millions of years, making it one of Cat Ba Island's most fascinating natural wonders.

Then, return to the ship, pack your belongings, and check out at 9:30.

Enjoy a delicious brunch as you cruise back. After the meal, you can unwind on the patio or in your room, taking in the scenery and writing down your feedback on your adventure. At around 11:30, the ship arrives in port, and it is time to say goodbye.

Afternoon

Please take some time to relax while you wait for the transfer to Hanoi. The excursion concludes when you arrive in the capital at 15:00.

Orchid Premium Cruise is a medium vessel composed of 04 decks in total: 02 main decks, 01 basement, and 01 sundeck. While the sundeck and the basement are for public areas and the staff's team, the remaining two decks locate all five spacious cabins. Passengers can find the dining room on the second deck next to 02 Terrace Suites and other entertaining areas on the sundeck of the cruise.

Restaurant: Enjoy flavorful meals served by the leading chef in the food and beverage industry.

Transportation

The cruise provides pick-up service at Hanoi Old Quarter by luxury limousine. These transportation are highly comfortable with essential amenities such as air conditioning, leather seating, cable charging, etc.

From Hanoi: At around 8:00 - 8:30, the staff will gather passengers before heading to Cat Ba Island at 11:30 to wait for check-in procedures. Then, tourists will transfer to the main Orchid Premium Cruise.
From Halong Cruise Port: After getting to the Halong Bay cruise from Hanoi, travelers will finish check-in and transfer to the main Orchid Premium cruise before 12:00. Make sure you arrive at the Tuan Chau Port in advance.

Orchid Premium Cruise

Our hopes were surpassed when we were upgraded to the Orchid Premium Cruise. With only five cabins—a maximum of ten passengers and perhaps fifteen crew members—the ship's quality was outstanding. The colonial-style rooms were excellent.
Additionally, the meal was delicious and so abundant that I would nearly say there was too much of it.
Overall, drink costs are acceptable, especially during happy hours. However, the wine list is not an excellent value because the prices are too high for the type of wine available.
Local bamboo boats will approach you in the evening to offer you wine and beer at a discount, but you will have to haggle hard because they are aware of the boat rates and are attempting to match their low-quality wine prices.

A wonderful experience

They expressly requested a review by mail, however I must add that we thoroughly loved our two-day trip in Lan Ha Bay. Everything was properly organized from beginning to end. The accommodations were gorgeous and spacious, with all the amenities you could want.
Janet arranged a smooth and efficient transfer from our stay in Hanoi to the ship, and then from the cruise to our stay in Ninh Binh. Everything went smoothly.
The food on board was delicious and diverse. There were few people, which created a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere.
We honestly have no issues. Everything was taken care of. Recommended!

A Fantastic and Magical Experience

The cruise was simply wonderful! I went with my mother, and we had the most amazing experience. The entire team was fantastic, with special gratitude to Dong, Royal, and Bobby for going above and beyond to make our vacation unforgettable. The cuisine was excellent, with the chef preparing exquisite dinners every day. The boat itself was beautiful, and the sights were just magnificent. Every moment seemed unique, and we enjoyed everything about it!

A private and lovely cruise

The personnel were quite kind, the boat was well-designed, and the accommodations were large and gorgeous. The best part was sailing in the early morning. The boat has five rooms, but we were there during the off-season (summer), so there was only one other couple present. So four people and five staff members. Very well cared for and attended to. Bobby and Dong were fantastic.
