Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer

More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
From 15 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
From 7 to 14 days before check-in: 70% of total rates
Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation due to bad weather

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

Children Policy

The rate for children is applicable for one child sharing a twin or double cabin with two adults on a mattress.
Children from 05 - 11: Stay with parent 75% adult rate. Not Apply for Family room
Children under 05: FOC, sharing EVERYTHING with parents
Only one (01) child under 4 years old sharing room with two (02) adults is allowed for FOC per cabin

Cruise Itineraries

Day 1Hanoi - Tuan Chau Port - Lan Ha Bay - Ba Trai Dao Beach

Morning

8:00 - 8:30: Shuttle bus pick-up from Hanoi Old Quarter (book in the next step with an additional fee) and scenic drive through the Red River Delta to Halong Bay. Upon arrival at Lot 33, Tuan Chau Marina, the staff will help you complete check-in procedures at the waiting lounge while enjoying a welcome tea.

Transfer to the Nostalgia Sails by speedboat at around 11:45–12:00, followed by a welcome drink, cruise briefing, and safety instructions onboard.

Afternoon

Enjoy a freshly prepared lunch as the cruise sails into the magnificent Halong Bay and Lan Ha Bay, part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Later, visit the quiet beach of Ba Trai Dao, known for its pristine beauty and tranquil atmosphere. Enjoy kayaking and swimming in crystal-clear water surrounded by towering limestone mountains—an idyllic escape far from the crowds.

Return to the cruise and anchor overnight at the Tra Bau area, with time for swimming in the emerald-green bay. Join a Vietnamese cooking demonstration on board and enjoy Happy hour—buy 1 get 1 at the bar while watching the sunset over the bay.

Evening

Savor an elegant Vietnamese–French fusion dinner in the refined restaurant setting. After dinner, relax on the sundeck or at the bar, try squid fishing, or enjoy board games before spending a peaceful night onboard.

Day 2Halong Bay - Trung Trang Cave - Hanoi

Morning & Afternoon

Start the day early with a refreshing Tai Chi session on the sundeck, an ideal moment to admire the bay at its most serene.

Enjoy a light breakfast onboard as the cruise continues through Lan Ha Bay. Later, transfer by bus to Trung Trang Cave, located in the heart of Cat Ba National Park. Stretching approximately 300 meters through the mountain, the cave is renowned for its spectacular stalactites, stalagmites, and fascinating rock formations shaped over millions of years, creating one of Cat Ba Island's most remarkable natural attractions.

09:30: Return to Nostalgia Cruise for check-out procedures, followed by a delightful brunch served in the restaurant as the vessel cruises back toward the harbor.

Disembark at Tuan Chau Marina and transfer back to your drop-off point in Hanoi at 14:30–15:00, marking the end of a memorable journey.
