The transfer from the ship to Sa Pa also went quite well. What we didn’t know was that we’d have to change vehicles. The first transfer to Hanoi’s airport was perfect, a very clean bus with comfortable seats.

AustraliaOct 21, 2026"The transfer was on time, picked us up outside our hotel and it was very comfortable. The activities on the cruise were well organised with a lot of help from the crew. The kayaking and swimming was really fun. We did the Cat Ba activity and the caves, both were great. The food was exceptional, it was high quality and plenty to eat. It was so fresh and very well presented. We loved the cocktails on pool deck. Happy hour was a favourite. We enjoyed the cooking classes. The crew were always around to help, they were always helpful, friendly and very professional. Henry was a main server and he was marvellous, we loved him. His attitude was always so positive and happy. So eager to please us. The boat was clean, our rooms were so clean and very cool which was great as it was very warm. Your communication was fantastic too, you have been so helpful and made my planning so much easier.

Hicimos dos actividades en kayak y estuvieron muy chulas. Nos daba un poco de miedo la masificación y por eso elegimos la bahía de lan ha en vez de Halong y acertamos! 100% recomendable :)
