Mia is a fantastic agent who arranged all our transfers seamlessly — from Hanoi to Halong, the boat transfer, and even the transfer to Ninh Binh. She made sure we had everything we needed and regularly checked in to ensure everything went smoothly. Less
Everything went kinda smooth, though some hiccups. The ship itself was very nice.
However the food was a disappointment, mostly overcooked and some are cold.
We felt safe & looked after the whole trip. All the staff were extremely helpful & welcoming. Excursion & food were amazing.
The checkout time was 9:30, but some minutes earlier, the cleaning staff was already there. So it was some problem.
I loved the two nights. Great cabin. Food was amazing for the adults. Kids didn’t like it lol!! But we loved it, and the service was excellent!
The cruise was good! The boat was great, the people excellent! The only thing that was a little bit annoying was day two. From 8 am to 3 pm, we set out on activities around the bay, but did not have access to our boat. We used another boat with many fewer amenities.
