We chartered this whole cruise for our family holiday, and everything went well. Great communication from the sale to the staff on board.
We are happy with their service, and the activities were quite memorable.

The food was amazing, the boat was amazing. Lovely staff and very attentive. The language barrier was a little bit hard at times, but that’s okay.

The cruise was great. The cruise manager, Mr. Winter, was excellent in everything, friendly with great communication. The service on the cruise was also outstanding. The driver was nice, too.

We had a really nice trip on the Halong Bay Cruise 2 days 1 night from Hanoi, with everything well organized, including the transfer.

Do yourself a favor and experience Halong Bay firsthand with a great schedule maker, someone who listens and always makes arrangements with taxi and airfare for you. I feel guilty because even during her days off, and once when she was sick, she still made time to check up on me. She made this trip about me, and she really cared about my experience.

We had a three-day, two-night trip in Halong Bay with Capella Cruises, and it was fantastic. The meal was well prepared and excellent, and the accommodations were tastefully luxurious. Overall, a really calm and wonderful three days. Just what we needed, and I wholeheartedly suggest Capella. If you have time, go three days!
