If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.

Day 1Hanoi - Halong International Cruise Port - Cap La Island

Morning

8:00 - 8:30: You’ll be picked up by a shuttle bus (book in the next step with an additional fee) in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter and transported to Halong Bay.

Following your arrival at the Halong International Port, a tender will transfer you to the Renea Cruise, and prepare to embark on an interesting journey around 12:30.

After the cruise briefing and safety instructions have been given by the captain, a cocktail will be served as a warm welcome to clients.

While the cruise starts sailing towards Bai Tu Long Bay, treat yourself to a scrumptious lunch from the Vietnamese set menu to replenish your energy.

Afternoon

Upon arrival at Cap La Island, it’s the ideal time for kayaking through gorgeous nature, swimming, or relaxing. Cap La Island is a beautiful destination that allows guests to explore untouched natural landscapes and dazzling white sand beaches.

After a few hours, back to the boat to relish an alluring sunset party around 17:30. It is undeniable that the sunsets in the bay are some of the most beautiful and vibrant sights to behold. A sunset ride around this natural marvel can transform this experience into an unforgettable one.

After the session, Western-style breakfast and traditional Vietnamese foods will be served at the cruise restaurant. Let's come and enjoy it!

Continue the journey today by exploring the well-hidden Thien Canh Son Cave, known for its pristine limestone stalactites and gorgeous landscapes nearby, and soak up some sun on Hon Co Island's beautiful white sandy beach.

At around 9:00, you will return to the ship and have 30 minutes to check out of your cabin. Then, take a chance to join our Vietnamese traditional cooking class, and savor a delicious traditional Vietnamese lunch while cruising back to Hon Gai Pier.

Afternoon

Take a moment to relax and reflect on the amazing memories you've made while waiting for our shuttle bus to take you back to Hanoi (book in the next step with an additional fee).

The 1st deck has 02 Deluxe Triple cabins at the bow, 02 Twin cabins, and 03 Double cabins at the back. This deck is also equipped with a shared WC opposite the staff area.

The 2nd deck spends the area for a large restaurant, a bar, 02 Triple and 02 Twin cabins, which cover 18m2 and 16m2 respectively.

The glasses of wine are around US $5 to $6.5 while the cocktails are around US $7 for each glass. We have a variety of wines from whisky, bourbon, martini, mixed drinks, etc. There are also bottle options for a large group of guests.

For non-alcoholic, we suggest only around US $1.5 - US $4, you can enjoy a glass of fresh fruit juice, smoothies, coffee, tea, and water on Renea Cruise.

Transportation

Departing from Hanoi

The bus will conveniently collect you from your hotel in the Hanoi Old Quarter between 8:00 and 8:30. You will then be comfortably transported to Tuan Chau Port in Halong City by a 29-seat bus.

If you decide to make your own way, it is essential to arrive at the Renea Cruise station (No. 9, Tuan Chau International Port) around 11:30.

By approximately 12:00, all guests will be smoothly transferred to the Renea Cruise ship via tender, ensuring a seamless embarkation process.

We had a fantastic trip! We LOVED every bit!

The driver drove cautiously, and the transfer went well.
The boat was amazing, and it had a special touch of real blooming plants on board. I prefer smaller, more genuine boats to large, impersonal cruise ships since, in my view, they don’t fit the scenery in Ha long bay.
Everyone on board was really nice, helpful, polite, and pleasant.
The only drawback was that there was too much food—we couldn't finish it all, so they had to discard a good amount—but the meal was great, diverse, and fresh for vegetarians as well.
The activities were fantastic, just as I had anticipated, and a lot of fun with the children (two teenagers).
Nguyen was the most charming guide; he gave it his all, was passionate, and provided clear explanations of everything. Oh, and the room was fantastic—no complaints at all—and I slept well on the serene sea.
Overall, 10 out of 10, and really nothing to improve!

Fantastic tour in smaller group away from the crowd

We had an amazing trip and thoroughly enjoyed it!
Everything was set up by Mia from Bestprice. Expect a trip to Bai Tu Long, a more tranquil area of Ha Long Bay, on a more authentic boat with enough comfort. A little farther away from the always growing mass tourism industry. The driver drove safely, and the transfer went well.
With a unique touch of real blooming plants on board, the boat was amazing.
Everyone on board was really nice, helpful, polite, and pleasant.
The cuisine was great, varied, and fresh—even for vegans.
The activities (swimming, canoeing, and seeing a cave) were fantastic, just what I had anticipated, and a lot of fun with the kids (2 teenagers). Nguyen was the most charming guide; he gave it his all, was passionate, and provided clear explanations of everything. Overall, I heartily suggest it!

We had a fantastic experience with Renea Cruises. Everything was well-planned, from the pick-up in Hanoi to the activities on board. The boat was clean, cozy, and wonderfully designed, with delicious meals at every meal.
Our guide, Duc, was great, educated, and made the entire experience even better. He took excellent care of everyone and gave numerous interesting facts about the bay and Vietnamese culture.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly suggest Renea Cruises to anyone visiting Ha Long Bay!

Must do!

This trip was fantastic. A must-do if you're in Vietnam; I wish I'd scheduled more than one night. The cuisine is excellent, there is free water on board, there is a fun activity to do, and the weather is wonderful. My tour guide was Hung, and he was the finest I've had here!
We observed a gorgeous dawn at 5:30 a.m., Hung taught us thai chi before breakfast, there are life jackets on the boat, and the view is stunning from anywhere on board. This is something I believe everyone should do!
