Cancellation by Customer
For cancellations of bookings, the following charges will apply:
More than 180 days: 10% of the cruise price
61 to 180 days: 20% of the cruise price
31 to 60 days: 50% of the cruise price
Less than 30 days: 100% of the cruise price
Change of departure date or change of cabin type (downgrading from higher to lower category) allowed with the following conditions:
At least 181 days before departure: no penalty
Between 180 and 60 days before: a penalty equivalent to 20% of total cost per person will apply
60 days to 31 days: a penalty equivalent to 50% of total cost per person will apply
No change allowed within 30 days from departure

Política de niños

Children rate applies to children aged between 6 and 12 years. Maximum one child below 12 is allowed to share bedding with one parent at 60% of net rate per person (double occupancy sharing). Children under 6 years old are not advised on board for safety reasons.
NOTES:
- The rate for children applies to one child sharing cabin with two adults.
- Full rate applies to the first child sharing one cabin with an adult.
- Passengers under 18 years old are only allowed on board accompanied by a passenger who are over 18 years old. Victoria Mekong Cruises is not responsible for the safety of children on board. Parents are fully responsible for their children and must supervise them at all times

Day 1Phnom Penh - Embarkation

Afternoon

Board the Victoria Mekong Cruise at Phnom Penh Port from 4:00 PM and receive a warm welcome from the crew. After check-in, settle into your comfortable stateroom and take time to explore the ship as your Mekong journey begins.

As the sun sets over the bustling Cambodian capital, enjoy panoramic views of Phnom Penh's riverfront, where French colonial architecture, Buddhist temples, and modern city life blend along the banks of the Mekong River.

Evening

Enjoy your first dinner onboard as the city lights begin to sparkle along the riverfront. After dinner, relax on the sun deck or in the comfort of the ship's lounges while taking in the peaceful evening atmosphere of Phnom Penh.

Day 2Koh Chen - Koh Dach - Angkor Ban

Morning

After breakfast, visit Koh Chen, a small riverside village renowned throughout Cambodia for its skilled artisans. Take a guided walking tour and meet local coppersmiths and silversmiths who keep generations-old traditions of producing decorative items and handcrafted souvenirs alive.

Continue by coach to Oudong, Cambodia's former royal capital between the 17th and 19th centuries. Explore this historic area and visit the peaceful Vipassana Dhura Meditation Center, known for its tranquil atmosphere and spiritual significance.

Afternoon

After having lunch on board, travel by tuk-tuk to Koh Dach (Silk Island), one of Cambodia's most important silk-weaving communities. Discover the process of silk production, from silkworm cultivation and thread preparation to weaving on traditional wooden looms.

Visit local homes where families create the colorful Cambodian krama scarves that remain an essential part of daily life.

Evening

Before dinner, join a special presentation introducing the iconic Krama, Cambodia's traditional scarf. Learn about its history, cultural significance, and the many practical uses that have made it a symbol of Cambodian identity.

Day 3Angkor Ban - Han Chey - Kampong Cham

Morning

Let's explore Angkor Ban, one of the few traditional villages in Cambodia that survived the Khmer Rouge era largely untouched. You can take time to admire beautifully preserved wooden stilt houses and gain insight into authentic rural life along the Mekong.

Return to the ship and participate in a hands-on cultural workshop and learn the delicate art of lotus flower folding. The lotus holds deep spiritual meaning throughout Southeast Asia and symbolizes purity, enlightenment, and devotion.

Afternoon

Continue to Kampong Cham for a guided walking tour along the riverfront, passing colonial buildings, local markets, and lively community spaces that reflect the city's unique blend of history and modern Cambodian life.

Evening

Return to the ship and enjoy a farewell dinner featuring local and international cuisine. In the evening, relax with onboard entertainment and reflect on the memorable experiences of your Mekong voyage.

Day 4Kampong Cham - Siem Reap

Morning

After breakfast, bid farewell to the Victoria Mekong and disembark in Kampong Cham.

Travel by coach through Cambodia's scenic countryside, and arrive in Siem Reap, the gateway to the legendary Angkor Archaeological Park.

Gather for a final lunch with fellow travelers before the cruise program concludes.

¡Excelentes actividades, comida y tripulación!

Mi cónyuge y yo hemos hecho numerosos cruceros en el pasado; a ambos nos gusta navegar y Asia. Este crucero es simplemente la fusión ideal de ambos. El barco es nuevo y tiene excelentes servicios; ¡el cine y la piscina fueron nuestros favoritos! ¡Bravo a la tripulación por hacer que nuestro viaje fuera realmente inolvidable! La comida y el servicio a bordo del barco fueron muy agradables. Para un poco más de relajación, sugerimos pasar unos días en Victoria Can Tho primero. Es un encantador hotel de estilo colonial gestionado por la misma empresa. Agradecemos que nos hayan recibido y esperamos visitar el delta del Mekong con nuestros padres el año siguiente.

El viaje por el río Victoria Mekong es una excelente oportunidad para experimentar la vida en el Mekong. Excursiones muy interesantes. Zoe de Best Price Travel nos ayudó a reservar un crucero fluvial que acomodaba a cuatro parejas y ofrecía una excelente gastronomía. El Victoria Mekong es un barco fantástico, y la tripulación es muy servicial y agradable. Tuvimos un gran día presenciando la vida a lo largo del Mekong.
