Mr Dong was an excellent host who accommodated me and my partner really well. I didn't feel that any demands couldn't be granted or that there wasn't an alternative. The timetable was well-planned, with plenty of time to unwind before the next event. The food was excellent, and the service was nice. Would suggest it to couples looking to schedule a cruise, since this one was excellent.

Thong on the cruise was fantastic. He was very attentive as well and took such good care of us and everyone. We love the guide's humor and professionalism!
Our driver in Hanoi and to Halong didn’t speak English, but was very professional and took good care of us.

From the 1 night 2 two-day reservation at Catherine Cruise in Halong Bay to the vehicle from Hanoi to the harbor and back, everything was prepared perfectly. Especially, Jam Nguyen helped me prepare meticulously and kindly after the reservation, and kindly helped me receive the items I left in the car at the hotel. Thank you!

I had some hesitation about the cost of the President Suite, but it turned out to be one of the best vacations we've ever had, from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay. Every detail, booking, payment, and planning, was smooth and professional, including hotel suggestions in Hanoi.
The President Suite was incredibly spacious and far beyond what the photos show. The private deck was a highlight, with two tables, several lounge chairs, and a private hot tub which is easily enough space for 10 people. We celebrated a birthday dinner on the deck with a complimentary bottle of wine and cake such a memorable night! My girlfriend will cherish it forever.
We’re already planning to return with friends. This trip was 100% worth the money.

We had a wonderful experience on our vacation to Halong Bay. Our consultant was really responsive; she even helped us after the cruise. I highly suggest Ms.Zoe! However, the activities during a day trip may be rushed as you only have around 6 hours in the bay.

The limestone karsts of Lan Ha Bay had us dumbfounded. Our suite's own terrace provided breathtaking morning views. The culinary lesson and kayaking trips were the highlights of our romantic holiday. Worth every cent for an unforgettable experience.

The staff with Bobby and Jason was the best. The food was fantastic, and the transportation just worked. The rooms lived up to expectations.

We had a great time on our cruise. The personnel were all really pleasant and helpful. I communicated with Anna via WhatsApp in the build up to the trip, and she was really helpful and answered all of my questions. The cuisine was excellent, and the accommodations were pleasant. If you do not enjoy seafood, please inform the staff to arrange alternative options for dinner, as it’s a fixed menu.
