3 day Ha Long Bay experience
by Tripadvisor

We organised with the brilliant Mia Nguyen at Best Price travel for a 3 day, 2 night tour with Orchid cruises on their nostalgia boat.
Mia’s help and organisation was brilliant. Due to the typhoon we had to change plans but she was helpful, friendly and organised throughout. We genuinely could not have asked for more from her.
The boat was clean, comfortable and with some absolutely brilliant staff. We are well, plenty of options and lots of food available.
The trips we took from the boat were even better than expected. An amazing experience.

The highlight for me was visiting Hoi An Ancient Town — it’s absolutely magical, even better than the photos. Wandering through the old streets, seeing all the lanterns, the river, the old houses... it just felt so peaceful and special. Plus, we got to jump into a cooking class where we actually learned to make real Vietnamese dishes — and it was so fun (and delicious)!
The wellness treatments were just as good. I tried acupuncture and cupping for the first time, and wow, I felt so refreshed afterward. Even the meals were thoughtfully prepared — super healthy but still really tasty.
The Cham Island trip was another awesome day — we got to explore local handicrafts and see a totally different side of Vietnam that felt really authentic.
And shoutout to the guides too — they were all super knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cared that we were having a good time. Less
We enjoy in Hoi An very much! It is very touristy but very very cute. We like it very much. It was a short but informative tour, a cute coty, much less busy than Hoi An!
It was great!! Our tour guide Gerry was fantastic and took us to some delicious places. Thank you for organising this for us
The tour was much shorter than expected and she (I do not remember her name) dropped me pretty early without showing me the ancient town at all. However, the food was excellent!
Great tour with a knowledgeable guide including a non-expected short stop at a small rice farm and a delicious lunch. MySon was impressive, but extremely warm and humid (not your fault). Boat ride at the end was fine, but not really value-adding
