Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Customer
- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Children Policy
- Children under 4 years old sharing EVERYTHING with parents: Free of charge (limited to 1 child/1 room).
- Free use of baby cot (one per room) if require
- From 5 to 10 years old: Surcharge 75% adults price if sharing bed with adults or 100% adults price if extra bed is required.
- Two children under 11 years old sharing a private cabin are charged at 75% of full cabin rate.
- Child from 11 years old: 100% adult rate if child is from 11 years & above

Day 1Hanoi - Bai Tu Long Bay - Vung Vieng Village
Morning
07:30 - 08:30: Hotel pick-up time in Hanoi Old Quarter for those who use the transfer service (book in the next step with an additional fee).
11:45 - 12:15: Arrive at Halong International Harbour, and you will have a short time to relax before you embark. Transfer to the Garden Bay Legend Cruise by tender. Get on board, enjoy a welcome drink, and check in your cabin.
Having a delicious Vietnamese set menu lunch while the boat cruises leisurely to the heart of Bai Tu Long Bay, Cap La area. Then, you will have free time to admire the majestic bay and rest before the afternoon excursion.
Afternoon
Move to the tender to travel to Vung Vieng Floating Village. Discover this charming place and learn about the local fishing life on a rowing boat (rowed by the fisherman) or kayaking. Enjoy a peaceful moment with fresh air - things you will never find in a modern city.
Return to the cruise to unwind on the sundeck with Happy Hour. Enjoy this unforgettable moment in the gorgeous sunset and sip cocktails, then learn how to make spring rolls in the Vietnamese cooking class. You can taste your finished product after practice.

Day 2Thien Canh Son Cave - Hanoi
Morning
Welcome a new day with a refreshing Tai Chi Class on the sundeck. Don’t miss the chance to witness the glorious sunrise of the bay. Then, have a light breakfast to fill your stomach.
Exercise with a Tai Chi session
Afterward, explore Thien Canh Son Cave, located atop a mountain and rich in geological history and natural beauty. It is recommended to bring your camera and wear sports shoes for hiking.
After the engaging trip, return to the main boat to pack your luggage and check out the cabin around 9:30.
Enjoy your lunch onboard in fusion style while cruising back to the Harbor. Spend your last moment admiring the wonderful glimpse of this amazing bay.
11:00: You will disembark at Halong International Harbor. Say goodbye to the friendly crew and wait for your transfer car.
Afternoon
Travel back to Hanoi (book the transfer in the next step with an additional fee) and stop at your hotel in the Old Quarter around 14:30. Trip ends!

Before beginning your fascinating journey on Bai Tu Long Bay with Garden Bay Legend junk boat, you must travel to Halong Bay from Hanoi. It usually takes 2-2.5 hours to take you to the Habor. You can travel by yourself or use the transfer service from Hanoi to Halong and vice versa up to the request.
