Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Customer
- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Children Policy
- Children 0 – 4 years old: FOC only 1 child ( sharing EVERYTHING with parents ). 2nd Children: Charge 50% ( sharing bed with parents )
- Children 5 – 6 years old: Charge 50% adult rate ( sharing bed with parents )
- Children 7 – 10 years old: Charge 75% adult rate ( sharing bed with parents )

Day 1Hanoi - Halong Bay - Sung Sot Cave - Titop Island

Morning
07:45 - 08:30: Pick-up time at your hotel in the Hanoi Old Quarter (book in the next step with an additional fee).
11:30 - 12:30: When you arrive at Tuan Chau Marina, the staff will greet you in the waiting room before you check in. After that, take a tender to Le Journey Halong Cruise. Enjoy your welcome beverages as you listen to the cruise briefing and safety policy.
The ship will depart the port and take you to experience the splendor of Halong Bay, which is home to hundreds of huge and small limestone islands. Guests have lunch at the onboard restaurant as the ship travels to the Sung Sot Cave area.
Afternoon
The cruise will take you to visit Sung Sot Cave, one of the most famous sights in Halong Bay. Walking through the cave, you will see the breathtaking view of various stalactites and stalagmites shining under the colorful lights, creating magnificent pictures.
After that, you will have the opportunity to explore Titop Island, where you can freely swim and bathe in the emerald sea. Alternatively, you can hike to the mountaintop of the island to have a panoramic view of the majestic bay.

Later, we'll return to the boat for the sunset party and cooking class activities. Let's relax on the sundeck while enjoying the Happy Hour—Buy 2 Get 1 Promotion. In addition, the chef will teach guests how to make spring rolls, and visitors will be able to savor the completed items they prepared themselves.
Evening
If the weather is nice, guests can enjoy dinner on the airy sundeck. After that, you may listen to music, enjoy drinks at the bar, or join in squid fishing.

Day 2Trinh Nu Cave - Lan Ha Bay - Ba Trai Dao - Pearl Farm
Morning
Before breakfast, guests can get on the sundeck for some exercise or watch the sunrise. Today, we will transfer to a smaller day boat to explore the stunning Lan Ha Bay.
The first stop is Trinh Nu Cave, one of the most beautiful caves in Ha Long Bay, featuring a sunlit entrance and a secluded beach that remains pristine, surrounded by majestic limestone karsts and emerald waters.
After the cave tour, travelers enjoy their lunch on the dayboat and relax for a bit for the next activities in the afternoon.
Afternoon
The boat transfers you to the charming Ba Trai Dao for some beach-related activities. Don't miss this chance to bathe in clear blue water and the beautiful white sandy beaches of the area (about 45 minutes), which is an amazing way to soothe your soul.
The boat returns to Ha Long Bay and continues to the Pearl Farm, where you’ll visit the Pearl Exhibition Center and Museum to learn about pearl cultivation and harvesting.
Return to Le Journey Halong Cruise afterward, and take your time to refresh and relax, joining the sunset party.
Evening
Dinner is served at the restaurant on the second floor. Reward yourself after an active day with delicious dishes. Then you can join the evening activities like squid fishing, drinking at the bar, etc.

Using a day boat to travel on the 2nd day
Day 3Luon Cave - Tuan Chau Marina - Hanoi
Morning
Enjoy breakfast on board while the boat begins its journey to the Natural Preservation Area of Halong Bay.
A wonderful way to get closer to nature is kayaking, which you will try at Luon Cave’s low arch to discover a hidden lagoon, where emerald waters are enclosed by dramatic limestone karsts and dense vegetation.
After that, get back on board and start packing your luggage, as the check-out time is 9:30. Please leave your bags outside your cabin and the room key at the reception desk.
Guests get to the restaurant to have their final meal on board and then settle the bills (if any). You can simply sit back and relax after the meal while the cruise slowly navigates back to the mainland.
11:00: Arrive at Tuan Chau Marina, get off board, and say goodbye to the friendly staff. You can chill out at the cruise lounge while waiting for your driver.
Afternoon
Get in your booked transportation to get back to Hanoi (need an extra fee). Drop off at your hotel around 14:30 - 15:00, this is the end of your trip.
