Cancellation Policy
- More than 35 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 34 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 19 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 10 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Children Policy
- The rate for children applicable for one child sharing a twin or double cabin with two adults:
- FOC for 1 child under 4 year old sharing bed & meals with parents.
- Child from 4-12 year old sharing room with parent: charge 75%
- Child under 12 year old stay in 1 cabin: 75% adults rate + single surcharge
- For charter cruise: Child from 4 year old count price similar to adult

There was always some easy activity (kayak, swimming, small cave visit) balanced with some relaxation time and eating (excellent food). We were delighted to have chosen this boat size. And incredible scenery all along.
We booked Red Dragon to explore Bai Tu Long Bay which is less touristic and quiet. The beauty in Bai Tu Long was wild and gave me adventure. The spacious room and wooden style made me warm, had a nice sleep. Recommend!
A lovely wooden Red Dragon cruise took us to a less touristic area, Bai Tu Long. All services and activities were the attraction for us on the trip. We always remember this Bai Tu Long and come back if we have an opportunity!
Stayed on Red Dragon cruise, and we had an exciting time exploring Bai Tu Long Bay which is wild and gorgeous. Friendly staff and great service made our stay very comfortable. We love it and be back the next time.
