Hoa Lu & Mua Cave Full Day

Morning

At 07:15 - 07:45: Travelers will be picked up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter and depart to Ninh Binh.

09:30 - 10:00: Arrive at Mua Cave, one of Ninh Binh's most captivating destinations, then hike up to the pinnacle of Ngoa Long Mountain for a panoramic view. Along the way, you'll see artistically carved stone creatures that have generated an imprint on Vietnamese culture.

11:00 - 11:30: Take a bike and ride around the local village to see the beautiful rice fields surrounded by limestone mountains.

12:00 - 12:30: Head to a restaurant and enjoy a special lunch with the local cuisine.

Afternoon

14:00: Arrive in Trang An. We will have a 2-hour small boat tour to discover Trang An, the heart of a global natural heritage site. Following that, we'll explore the Sao Khe River's limestones, water caves, and temples.

16:30: Visit the temple of King Dinh at Hoa Lu, Vietnam's historic capital in the 10th century. You will have a chance to learn more about Vietnamese history by listening to interesting stories from our local guide

17:30: Leave Ninh Binh and drive straight back to Hanoi. Around 19:00 - 19:30: Arriving in Hanoi, we will drop you off at your hotel.

3 day Ha Long Bay experience

We organised with the brilliant Mia Nguyen at Best Price travel for a 3 day, 2 night tour with Orchid cruises on their nostalgia boat. Mia’s help and organisation was brilliant. Due to the typhoon we had to change plans but she was helpful, friendly and organised throughout. We genuinely could not have asked for more from her. The boat was clean, comfortable and with some absolutely brilliant staff. We are well, plenty of options and lots of food available. The trips we took from the boat were even better than expected. An amazing experience.
