Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer

More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation due to bad weather

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

Children Policy

Free of charge for children less than 5 years old (sharing EVERYTHING with parents). No more than 01 child per cabin.
Children from 5 to under 11 years old (sharing same cabin with parents) are payable as mentioned in the tariff table below. No more than 01 child per cabin.
Children having separate cabins pay the same price as adults.

Cruise Itineraries

Day 1Hanoi - Halong Bay - Sung Sot Cave - Titop Island

Morning

8:00 - 8:30: Pick up from your hotel in Hanoi's Old Quarter and transfer to Halong Bay for those who have booked the Limousine or shuttle bus service (extra fee needed).

11:30 - 12:00: Upon arrival at No 12, Tuan Chau Marina, you will enjoy a warm welcome in the waiting lounge and complete the check-in procedure.

Boarding the Amanda Legend Cruise, the crew welcomes you with a refreshing drink and a cold towel before entering your cabin. The vessel then takes you on an exciting journey to discover the beauty of Halong Bay.

Along the way, you can admire the grandeur of the Bay with thousands of limestone islands. Then, enjoy lunch at the restaurant on board.

Afternoon

Explore Sung Sot Cave, one of the largest and most beautiful caves in Halong Bay. The cave has some unique rock formations that can't be found anywhere else. The road to the mouth of Sung Sot cave is under the foliage. Walking through steep stone steps, visitors can have the feeling of climbing the mountain.

After that, we will visit the pretty Titop Island and hike to the top for stunning views of Ha Long Bay, or have a fun swim in the clear blue water.

Back on board, let's enjoy relaxing moments while sipping refreshing drinks amid the beautiful sunset. Or else, you will be instructed to make a delicious traditional Vietnamese floating rice cake by our chef, and then enjoy it.

Evening

Enjoy a romantic dinner outdoors (if the weather is favorable) or at a restaurant to replenish your energy.

After dinner, you can participate in evening activities such as a massage (additional charge), herbal foot bath in your room (free of charge), some drinks at Sky Bar, and squid fishing.

Day 2Luon Cave - Tuan Chau Marina - Hanoi

Morning

Start your day with a refreshing Tai Chi class at sunrise on the ship's deck. Then, enjoy a light breakfast at the restaurant while the ship sails towards the center of Halong Bay.

Today, we will explore the charming Luon Cave area. You will participate in kayaking or rafting around the thousand-year-old rock formations here.

Then, we return to the Amanda Legend Cruise and relax before preparing your luggage for check-out at 9:30. Later, savor an early lunch served at the restaurant while the ship heads back to the mainland.

11:00 - 11:30: We arrive back at Tuan Chau International Port. Let's disembark. If you use the shuttle bus service (book with an extra fee), wait for your driver at the waiting lounge.

Afternoon

After about 2.5 hours' drive, you will arrive at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter around 14:30. The trip ends here.
