Your tour begins with a hotel pickup between 08:00 – 08:30 (or 13:30 for the afternoon option), followed by a leisurely bike ride to Hoi An’s local market. Here, you will experience the lively atmosphere as vendors sell fresh produce, spices, and daily essentials, giving you a glimpse into the rhythm of local life.

From the market, continue cycling through peaceful countryside paths until you reach Tra Que Vegetable Village, a charming organic farming community. Upon arrival, visit the gardens and join local farmers in light activities, learning about their traditional growing methods. Afterward, treat yourself to a refreshing foot massage, a perfect way to relax before your cooking session.

Next, join a hands-on cooking class where you will learn to prepare four authentic Vietnamese dishes: green papaya salad, rice pancakes, spring rolls, and fish in a clay pot. Guided by local chefs, you’ll discover the secrets behind these traditional recipes. Finally, sit down and savor the delicious meal you’ve prepared yourself in the serene setting of Tra Que Village.

The tour concludes at around 13:00 (or 18:00 for the afternoon option) with a return transfer to your hotel.
