Cancellation Policy
- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 10 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Children Policy
- Under 2 years old: Free of charge. Maximum 01 FOC infant per booking/group. Additional infants will be charged at the 2–4 years old child rate.
- From 2 years old to under 5 years old: 65% of the adult rate.
- From 5 years old to under 12 years old: 85% of the adult rate.
- From 12 years old and above: Charged at the adult rate.

9:00 - 9:45: Begin your journey with check-in procedures at Halong International Cruise Port. The cruise then departs, taking guests on an unforgettable voyage through Ha Long Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Later, you can admire the bay’s majestic limestone karsts, relax on the sundeck, enjoy the four-season swimming pool, or unwind in the elegant restaurant while taking in the breathtaking scenery.
First, we explore the attractive Trinh Nu Cave, famous for its unique stalactite formations, then enjoy kayaking through the tranquil surrounding waters.
Savor a premium lunch aboard Catherine Horizon, featuring fresh seafood and a selection of Asian and Western culinary delights.
Afternoon
Let's visit Sung Sot Cave, one of the largest and most impressive caves in Halong Bay, celebrated for its extraordinary natural formations and magnificent chambers. This is perfect for taking photos.
We then get to Titop Island and capture the iconic panoramic view of Halong Bay from its summit. Guests may also enjoy swimming in the crystal-clear waters surrounding the island’s beautiful crescent-shaped beach.
The cruise returns to the port. Enjoy an elegant afternoon tea accompanied by soothing live music while admiring the bay’s spectacular scenery and indulging in moments of refined relaxation.
16:30: Arrive back at Halong International Cruise Port, marking the end of your journey. We look forward to welcoming you aboard another memorable voyage in the future.
