Cancellation Policy
- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Children Policy
- Children aged 1-4 years: FOC if sharing EVERYTHING with parents or using a baby cot (limited to 1 child/1 room). From the 2nd child: Surcharge at VND 1.500.000vnd/ child if sharing bed with parent or 2.500.000vnd if requiring an extra bed
- From 5 to 7 years old: Surcharge 2.500.000vnd if sharing bed with adults or 3.500.000vnd if an extra bed is required
- From 8 to 10 years old: Surcharge 3.500.000vnd if sharing bed with adults or 100% charge if extra bed is required
- Child from 11 years old: 100% adult rate if child is from 11 years & above

Facilities & Deck Plan
The 5-star Cycad Cruise has 4 decks, accommodating up to 89 passengers in luxurious comfort.
- 1st deck: Include a jacuzzi pool at the rear, the reception area, a gym, two massage rooms, 08 Junior suites (30m2) & 02 Family suites (45m2).
- 2nd deck: Provide 08 Executive suites (30m2), 02 Family suites, 02 Ambassador suites (40m2) at the rear, and 02 Deluxe Seaview rooms.
All rooms on board have private balconies & bathtubs except for Deluxe Seaview rooms. The Ambassador Suites have a large terrace and premium amenities for guests to relax.
- 3rd deck: Features a large Ginger Lounge for travelers to unwind, the elegant Lemongrass Restaurant, and a kitchen.
- Rooftop: A whole spacious sundeck for relaxation with many loungers, sitting areas, and a rooftop bar.

The highlight of the tour was the trip to the floating village and the day tour with V. The staff was amazing, especially Lam & Sofia. Highly recommended!!
This is a brand-new cruise ship. We didn't want a trip with too many travelers, so we chose this cruise to Bai Tu Long Bay, and it was great. Friendly staff, fun activities, and quiet. Highly recommend for those who want to avoid the crowd.
