Morning

8:00–8:30: Shuttle bus pick-up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter (book in the next step with an additional fee) and a scenic drive through the Red River Delta to Halong Bay.

Upon arrival at Lot 33, Tuan Chau Marina, complete check-in procedures at the waiting lounge while enjoying a special welcome tea. Transfer to the Nostalgia Cruise by speedboat around 11:45–12:00, where you are greeted with a welcome drink, followed by a cruise briefing and safety instructions.

Enjoy a freshly prepared lunch as Nostalgia Cruise sails into the breathtaking scenery of Halong Bay and Lan Ha Bay, part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Afternoon

Visit the quiet beach of Ba Trai Dao, known for its pristine beauty and tranquil atmosphere. Enjoy kayaking and swimming in crystal-clear water surrounded by towering limestone mountains—an idyllic escape far from the crowds.

Return to the cruise and anchor overnight at the Tra Bau area of Lan Ha Bay, with time to relax or enjoy a refreshing swim in the emerald-green waters.

Join a Vietnamese cooking demonstration onboard and take advantage of Happy Hour—buy 1 get 1 at the bar while watching the sun set over the bay.

Evening

Savor an elegant Vietnamese–French fusion dinner in a refined restaurant setting. End the day by relaxing on the sundeck or at the bar, trying squid fishing, or enjoying board games before spending a peaceful night onboard.

Start the day early with a refreshing Tai Chi session on the sundeck, followed by breakfast served in the dining room as you admire the peaceful morning scenery of the bay.

Continue cruising before transferring to a day boat to visit Viet Hai Village on Cat Ba Island. Enjoy a scenic bicycle ride along village paths, passing through rainforests and a dark tunnel, with optional electric car service available (additional fee). Along the way, take in views of rice fields and rural life.

Visit an ancient local house built from traditional materials, relax at the village, and experience a unique fish foot massage. Lunch is served onboard the day boat while cruising around Lan Ha Bay.

Afternoon

Visit Ba Men Temple, where a peaceful body of water and beautiful natural scenery create the perfect setting for scenic kayaking or simply relaxing on a quiet sandy beach.

Later, return to Nostalgia Cruises and enjoy swimming in an untouched area of the bay. Take part in a traditional Vietnamese cooking class led by the onboard chef, and unwind during Happy Hour—buy 1 get 1 as you watch the magnificent sunset over the Gulf of Tonkin.

Evening

Delight in a deluxe dinner featuring flavorful local cuisine, served in an intimate and romantic atmosphere.

Afterward, transfer by bus to Trung Trang Cave, located in the heart of Cat Ba National Park. Stretching approximately 300 meters through the mountain, the cave is renowned for its spectacular stalactites, stalagmites, and fascinating rock formations shaped over millions of years, creating one of Cat Ba Island's most remarkable natural attractions.

09:30: Return to Nostalgia Cruise for check-out procedures. Savor a delightful brunch served in the restaurant as the cruise gently makes its way back toward the harbor.

Disembark at Tuan Chau Marina, marking the end of your cruise program.

Transfer back to Hanoi and arrive at your drop-off point in the Old Quarter around 15:00, concluding a memorable journey through Halong Bay and Lan Ha Bay.
