- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Children Policy
- Children under 5 years old sharing EVERYTHING with adults: Free of charge (Limited to 1 child/1 cabin), from 2nd children: charged 50% adult (without extra bed)
- From 5 to under 11 years old: 01 Child stays in the double/twin cabin with 2 adults: charged 75% adult.
- From 11 years old: Children from 11 years old will be charged as adults. Two children below 11 years stay in a private cabin are charged at 100% of the full cabin rate.

Morning
8:00 - 8:30: Our driver will pick up guests who booked the transfer service (book in the next step with an additional fee) from their hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter and then transfer to Halong International Harbour.
12:00 - 12:45: Arrive at Signature waiting lounge in the harbor, and then you will be transferred to Signature Royal Cruise by tender.
Enjoy a welcome drink while the captain briefs you about the itinerary and safety instructions, then get in your cabin to relax.
As the cruise sails into the bay, a delicious lunch will be served. Let’s watch the majestic limestone islands while enjoying fresh seafood dishes.
Afternoon
The boat anchors at the Cong Do area, a perfect spot for guests to go kayaking among majestic limestone mountains and enjoy swimming freely at pristine beaches. Guests can also relax on the endless stretches of white sandy shores, surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty.
Return to the cruise in the late afternoon and take time to unwind in your cabin and enjoy the cruise’s service.
Afterward, let’s get on the sundeck to join the sunset party with the Happy Hour deal. You can also take part in a Vietnamese cooking class to learn how to make Spring Rolls.
Evening
Relish a flavorful dinner at the restaurant on board. Spend the night participating in evening activities like drinking cocktails, squid fishing, or simply relaxing in your cabin.

Day 2Halong Bay - Me Cung Cave - Tung Sau Area
Morning
Attend the sunrise Tai Chi class on the sundeck and enjoy the stunning view of the bay in the morning. Then, you can have a buffet breakfast with coffee and fresh fruit juices to recharge your energy.
Today, a day boat will pick you up to continue enjoying sightseeing and discover the beautiful landscape of Halong Bay.
We sail toward the enchanting Me Cung (Maze) Cave. Nestled on a small island, this ancient cave features narrow passageways, fascinating stalactites, which live up to its name, resembling a stone labyrinth sculpted by nature over thousands of years.
Next, we arrive at the Tung Sau Area, home to a traditional pearl farm. Here, guests can learn about the pearl cultivation process and browse locally made jewelry. The area also offers a chance to go kayaking, paddling through calm waters, and enjoy the peaceful natural surroundings up close.

After a fun time exploring, we will get back on the day boat for a nice lunch, which is a traditional Vietnamese menu.
Afternoon
Have some free time for yourself after the meal. You can relax and enjoy a teabreak, an amazing way to discover the Vietnamese tea culture.
Then, back on board the Signature Cruise and spend your leisure time as we cruise to the anchor area. Massage service is available; you can contact the cruise manager to book in advance.
Later in the day, you can relax on the sundeck and witness the brilliant sunsets of Bai Tu Long Bay. Take part in Happy Hour, "Buy one get one free," at the cruise bar, and join a Vietnamese cooking class as you like.
Evening
Enjoy a flavorful dinner on the board, then be free. Entertainment services on board include board games, bar services, or squid fishing. Spend overnight in your comfy cabin.

Day 3Bai Tu Long Bay - Thien Canh Son Cave - Hanoi
Morning
For the early risers, participate in our daily Tai Chi sessions. This is the perfect time to watch the miraculous sunrise scenery of the bay and relax with tea, coffee, or juice. Later, a light breakfast will be served to guests at the cruise's restaurant.

Then, you will travel to the center of Bai Tu Long Bay and visit Thien Canh Son Cave. Although the entrance is relatively small, visitors will witness a complex stalagmite & stalactite system inside the cave. Let’s get your phone and capture this memorable moment.
Get back to the cruise after that to refresh and check out your cabin at 9:00. Have a warm brunch at the restaurant while cruising toward the pier. Let’s enjoy the graceful beauty of the bay for the last time.
10:45: Reach the Halong International Harbour, disembark, and say goodbye to the friendly crew member.

Wait for your driver at the waiting lounge to transfer you back to Hanoi (book in the next step with an additional fee).

Begin your day with a peaceful sunrise Tai Chi session on the sundeck, surrounded by the soft morning light of the bay. Afterward, enjoy a hearty buffet breakfast with fresh juices and hot coffee to get energized for the day.
A day boat will take you deeper into Bai Tu Long Bay for more exploration and outdoor fun.
We head toward the Cong Do area, known for its calm emerald waters, untouched limestone formations, and quiet natural beauty. This is the perfect spot for kayaking, paddle through wide lagoons and hidden corners, taking in the tranquil scenery. You may also enjoy swimming in the refreshing, crystal-clear water.
After your water activities, return to the day boat where a delicious Vietnamese-style lunch will be served.
Afternoon
Later, the pace slows down. You can enjoy some free time for a Vietnamese tea break, a simple yet relaxing way to experience local tea culture.
You’ll then return to Signature Royal Cruise, where you can unwind as the ship glides toward the overnight anchoring point. A massage service is available if you’d like to treat yourself. Simply speak with the cruise manager to book.
As the afternoon fades, settle on the sundeck to admire the sunset over Bai Tu Long Bay. Join the lively Happy Hour (“buy one, get one free”) at the bar, and feel free to take part in a fun Vietnamese cooking class.

Day 3Thien Canh Son Cave - Hanoi
Morning
Early risers can join our gentle Tai Chi session on the sundeck. Afterward, a light breakfast will be served in the restaurant to start your day.
Next, the cruise will take you into the heart of Bai Tu Long Bay for a visit to Thien Canh Son Cave. Though its entrance is modest, the inside reveals an impressive world of stalagmites and stalactites shaped by nature over thousands of years. After that, you can also enjoy a short walk along the small beach, a quiet spot that adds to the charm of the area.
After the excursion, return to the cruise to freshen up and check out at 9:00. Enjoy a warm brunch in the dining room as we gently sail back toward the harbor, a final chance to admire the graceful beauty of the bay.
Around 10:45, we arrive at Halong International Harbour. Disembark and bid farewell to the friendly crew.
Afternoon
Wait for your driver at the lounge for your transfer back to Hanoi (require extra fee). You will arrive at your hotel in Hanoi around 14:00 - 14:30, marking the end of your memorable journey.

The passengers on Athena Royal Cruise will use a luxury limousine with a capacity of 15 seats for transfer. This bus has amenities like air conditioning, plush leather seats, complimentary beverages and snacks, internet on board, and USB ports for charging phones and gadgets.
A limousine will pick you up at 8:00 - 8:30 at your hotel around Hanoi Old Quarter. Then move to Halong International Cruise Port in 2.5 hours to check in before traveling to the cruise by tender.
If you decide to transfer by yourself, you must present at the Cruise Port before 11:30.
