Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer

190 days or more: 10% of the cruise price.
Between 190 and 65 days prior to departure: 30% of the cruise price.
Between 65 and 35 days prior to departure: 60% of the cruise price.
35 days or less: 100% of the cruise price

Children Policy

Maximum one child between 5 and 11.99 years old per cabin sharing bed with parents, 30% of double occupancy fare rate (sharing) if staying in a cabin with two adults; and 75% of double occupancy fare rate (sharing) if staying in a cabin with one adult.
Above 12 years old adult rate applied.

Day 1Phnom Penh – Embarkation

Board the luxurious Mekong Symphony in Phnom Penh and enjoy lunch onboard.

Afterwards, spend the afternoon at your leisure exploring Cambodia's vibrant capital. A shuttle bus with a guide operates between the port and the city center. You can visit Central Market, discover local cafés and boutiques, or continue sightseeing at your own pace.

Evening

Before dinner, enjoy a captivating Khmer Cultural Performance on the Sun Deck, featuring the graceful Apsara Dance alongside traditional Cambodian folk dances.

Optional Evening Excursion | Phnom Penh by Night

Begin at the port and explore Phnom Penh's illuminated streets by tuk-tuk, passing iconic landmarks including Wat Phnom and the Independence Monument.

Day 2Koh Chen – Kampong Tralach

Morning

Arrive at Koh Chen, a peaceful island village famous for its centuries-old bronze and silversmithing traditions.

Enjoy a guided walk through the village and visit local workshops, where skilled artisans continue to create beautifully handcrafted bowls, statues, and ceremonial objects using techniques passed down through generations.

Afternoon & Evening

Continue to Kampong Tralach, where a traditional ox-cart ride takes you through picturesque rice paddies and quiet countryside to Wat Kampong Tralach Leu.

Meet local monks, receive a traditional water blessing for peace and good fortune, and admire the temple's colorful murals before returning to the ship by tuk-tuk.

Following the excursion, Mekong Symphony cruises toward Kampong Chhnang.

Arrive at FCC Angkor by Avani in Siem Reap at approximately 14:00, marking the end of your unforgettable luxury Mekong journey.
