During our journey to Binh Minh, we will make several stops along the river, allowing you to explore the cottage industries of the region. These include the fascinating processes behind creating coconut candy and puffed rice, a local delicacy akin to popcorn.

Additionally, we will visit an ancient house in Dong Hoa Hiep village.

Afternoon:

As we continue our voyage by sampan, immerse yourself in the scenes of daily life on the shore, observing the local people and the breathtaking landscapes surrounding them. Crossing the Co Chien River, we will pass by charming villages en route to a clay pot factory, where you can witness the craft firsthand.

Lunch will be served on board as we navigate through a narrow canal teeming with activity, offering glimpses of bustling boat traffic and the serene but continuous life along the banks.

Engage in shore excursions to gain insight into the livelihoods of the local inhabitants, and stop at a Cao Dai temple.

Night:

Returning to your sampan, revel in the enchanting sunset cruise while the Song Xanh boat continues its course towards the Hau River. Enjoy a delectable dinner and spend the night on board, creating lasting memories of this remarkable journey.

Rise and shine in the early hour of 6:00 am to embark on a visit to the renowned Cai Rang Floating Market. Experience the lively and energetic atmosphere of the morning market, where traders showcase their goods on the water, eagerly competing for the attention of potential buyers.

Enjoy a delicious breakfast served on board the Song Xanh as we make our way towards the market, passing by local barges brimming with an abundance of fresh fruits and vegetables from the Delta. This picturesque scene provides an excellent opportunity to capture stunning photos.

Afterward, we will continue our cruise towards Victoria Can Tho, where we will disembark at the hotel's private jetty, ready to explore the next phase of our journey.

By 10:00, you will embark on a journey of enchantment as you gather at the jetty of the Victoria Can Tho Resort. The excitement mounts as our attentive crew welcomes you aboard a  private sampan with chilled towels and a revitalizing welcome drink. 

As we glide along the Mekong Delta's intricate waterways, immerse yourself in the rhythm of local life, observing villagers engaged in their daily routines against a backdrop of stunning landscapes. 

Delight in a refreshing tea service paired with seasonal fruits, enhancing the senses as you take in the surroundings.

Our adventure continues across the Hau River, revealing charming villages along its banks. Step into the world of culinary craftsmanship as we visit a tofu skin-making factory operated by a local family. This versatile product, derived from soy milk, holds a myriad of culinary possibilities. 

Journey further by sampan, where the river's quiet hustle harmonizes with the constant movement of boats. Engage with the vibrant community, gaining insights into their livelihoods, and pause for a visit to a captivating Cao Dai Temple. Please note that we just travel around Cao Dai temple and are not allowed to move inside.

Amidst the journey, a delectable lunch unfolds, served on board while cruising towards Vinh Long via a narrow, lively canal. A visit to a clay pot workshop enriches your understanding of local craftsmanship before crossing the Co Chien River.

Night

As the sun sets, let the cruise become a canvas for the mesmerizing hues of dusk. Savor a delightful dinner and prepare for an enchanting overnight stay on board. The special stuff is that you will be served a bottle of wine for two. So it will be interesting to have a romantic dinner with your partner.

• Option 1: The first one is a rowing boat journey along the canal.
• Option 2: If you need more time to relax you can choose a leisurely stroll deeper into the village to witness the artisanal skills of the locals, crafting common handicrafts such as hammocks and water hyacinth handbags.

Returning to the sampan, our voyage continues towards Dong Hoa Hiep, where an ancient house unveils the tapestry of history that weaves through the region.

The journey meanders on to the captivating Phu An Village, with stops en route to discover cottage industries that transform the Delta's bounties into delectable treats. Savor the aromas and flavors of rice and coconut-based snacks, from crispy puffed rice to chewy coconut candy.

The crescendo of our adventure finds its cadence at the Le Longanier Restaurant, a colonial-style villa nestled amidst lush tropical gardens. Bask in the elegance of a bygone era, surrounded by fruit plantations that harken back to the opulent days of Indochina.
