A few snapshots shared by travelers along the way - memories made along the journey
MalaysiaSep 25, 2026Had the best first-time trip to Ha Long Bay. Booked with Best Price Travel, and I would say I had the most awesome travel consultant, and her name was Anna. She made my whole trip easy, smooth, and very organized.
PortugalSep 25, 2026The boat staff and management are professional and enthusiastic, and they provide good support and care to passengers throughout the journey. Transportation: Dcar Limousine, 11 seats, clean, modern, and comfortable. The transfer from the port to the large ship is quite fast.
United StatesSep 25, 2026The check-in agent noticed that I was a bit disappointed with the check-in process and upgraded us to the best luxury suite with a private balcony at the bow. This gesture shows that the staff goes out of their way to please the passenger.
United KingdomSep 24, 2026Best holiday, thanks to Hang Moon. Arranged the best itinerary, so well organised, and the cruise was incredible in Ha Long Bay. Every driver and guide was so helpful and friendly. Thank you so much, Hang Moon, BestPrice Travel. Would definitely recommend this company,10/10
GermanySep 24, 2026We are happy to share our feedback regarding our 3-day cruise. Overall, we had a wonderful time, especially since we booked the 3-day tour, which gave us extra time for swimming! Here is our detailed feedback: Room quality: Very good! We were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to a Junior Suite with a balcony, which was beautiful. The only small downside was that the towels had some stains on them despite being washed. Thank you for checking in with us. We hope this feedback helps you and your team! Best regards,
United KingdomSep 24, 2026Superb service from Mrs. Moon at BestPrice Travel. Immediate responses, always informative and helpful. Cannot recommend highly enough!
NetherlandsSep 24, 2026Wij hadden deze prachtige cruise naar Halong Bay vanuit huis gereserveerd via Best Price Travel. Janet was onze contactpersoon.
United KingdomSep 22, 2026* Room quality: 10/10, no complaints * Sightseeing and activities: 8/10. Activities good but evening was a bit flat with no atmosphere. Just went back to the room and sat on my phone for an hour which was a shame. * Food quality: 9/10. All tasted good, sometimes a little slow on having it ready when they called you for serving. * Tour guide attitude: 10/10. The staff and guide were all very kind; I couldn't find anything wrong with them. * Transfer service: 7/10. Driver was great (no faults) but limo was dated (broken headrest / broken net pouch / broken air con fan) and the stop at the gift shop was way too long. Only other thing that would be good is if after activities e.g. morning kayak, there was water / drinks waiting on the tender boat as you're instantly thirsty after that stuff. Hope that helps.
AustraliaSep 21, 2026We are quite pleased with Mon Cheri's services. I think their excursion can be improved a bit. Anyway, thank MIA BESTPRICE TRAVEL very much for your help based on the circumstances.
