The bottom deck is the space for the kitchen and staff area. 

On the 1st deck, there is the Reception and 10 Junior Suites (35m2).

Departing from Hanoi

For your convenience, the transportation will pick you up from your hotel in the Hanoi Old Quarter between 8:00 and 8:30 (for those who book the transfer service). You will enjoy a comfortable journey in a 9- or 16-seat limousine or private car, depending on which type of transfer you book.

Departing on your own

If you are arranging your transportation, it is important to arrive at No. 35 Tuan Chau Port before 11:30 for the check-in process. The embarkation process begins at approximately noon when all guests will be transferred to the Doris Cruise via tender.

After two days on Doris Cruise, this ship really shows its outstanding aspects, which are the accommodations and service from the staff. Each cabin is spacious and nicely designed with a nice layout. The friendliness of the crew team makes my cruise experience in Lan Ha Bay better than ever.

Facilities & Amenities - 9.0/10

The overall interiors of the cruise still maintain its modern standards. My Junior Suite on the 1st deck is clean and roomy, its size is already 35m2 despite being the smallest cabin on board. However, this ship may equipped with more function rooms like fitness, sauna, library, etc to match its 5-star standard.

In my experience, the food was ample, well-cooked, and used fresh ingredients. There were set menus for lunches, which are usually buffets for other cruises. The ship also offers Asian and Western cuisine, though it focuses more on the Vietnamese style.

• Fresh & tasty food is served on board and great in quantities.

Cons

• Drinks are quite expensive and a cocktail is about US $9.
• Some food during the buffet is spicy and a little dry in my opinion.
