Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

Morning
08:00 - 08:30: Our shuttle bus (which you can book in the next step for an additional fee) will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi's Old Quarter and take you to Halong Bay.
Once you arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor, your adventure begins. Between 12:00 - 12:30, you will be transferred to Le Theatre Cruise by tender, a smooth 30-minute journey.
After your check-in, the buffet lunch will be served.
Afternoon
In the afternoon, you can join a kayaking session around the Ao Ech Area, renowned for its peaceful surroundings.
Afterward, return to the cruise to unwind and enjoy the sunset party, where you can try some cakes, fruits, and refreshing drinks from Happy Hour (buy 2 drinks, get 1 free). At the same time, the Vietnamese cooking class will take place, guiding you through the process of making authentic local dishes.

Day 2Cat Ba Island - Viet Hai Village
Morning
Begin your day with a Tai Chi session on the sundeck or enjoy the peaceful sunrise. Afterward, have a refreshing breakfast to prepare for the day's activities.
You will be transferred by a smaller dayboat to Viet Hai Village, where you can observe the local lifestyle and explore the village's daily routines. Here, be prepared to join a cycling or electric car tour. Set lunch will be served on the day boat.
Viet Hai Village lies deep in the Cat Ba National Park.
Afternoon
You can join some kayaking or swimming activities in a secluded part and return to the main boat.
Tea, Coffee Break with cakes, fruits, and Happy Hour will be waiting for you. Relax on the sundeck to enjoy the sunset and take the opportunity to meet and chat with new friends.

At dawn, you can join a Tai Chi lesson or simply admire the serene beauty of the sunrise, setting the tone for a day of exploration. From 6:45, enjoy a light breakfast at Le Opera.
Then, embark on a bamboo boat journey to the mystical Dark and Bright Cave, passing through awe-inspiring rock formations that stand as testaments to the passage of time.
Return to the cruise by 9:00 - 9:30 to complete your check-out and have lunch as Le Theatre Cruise makes its way through the enchanting Lan Ha Bay.
Your journey finishes with a thrilling excursion to Dark and Bright Cave.
Afternoon
At 12:00, disembark at Tuan Chau Harbor and bid farewell to the cruise. From there, enjoy a seamless shuttle transfer (available to book with an additional fee) back to Hanoi.
Arrive in Hanoi between 14:30 - 15:00, concluding your remarkable journey with cherished memories of Lan Ha Bay's breathtaking beauty.

The Le Theatre is designed with 04 main decks and 01 basement, offering spacious cabins and public areas to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings.
The basement includes a spa room, crew quarters, and the kitchen.
On the 1st deck, there is the reception area along with 12 Junior Suites (25m2), each equipped with a private balcony.
The 2nd deck has 01 Executive Suite (30m2), 02 Panorama Suites (40m2), and The Opera Restaurant & Lounge. The Executive Suite comes with a balcony on the side of the boat, while the Panorama Suites feature large windows along the stern for expansive views.
The 3rd deck accommodates 2 Family Suites (40m2), 2 Executive Suites (30m2), and 2 Le Theatre Suites (35m2), all offering private balconies. The Le Theatre Suites, located at the stern, have the largest balconies, providing uninterrupted views and a strong connection with nature.
The 4th deck is dedicated to a sundeck, with a panoramic view bar and an upper resting area for relaxation and taking in the scenery.

The massage and spa room is situated in the basement, away from the accommodation area, ensuring a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. It is equipped with two massage beds, separated by curtains, and soft yellow lighting, creating a private and cozy environment for muscle relaxation and body care.

Swimming pool
