Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Customer
- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Children Policy
- Children below 4 years old: FOC ( sharing bed ). From 02 children under 5 years old: 75% of adult's rate ( sharing bed )
- Children from 4 to under 12 years old: charge 75% of adult rate ( sharing bed )
- 2 Children under 12 stay in a serapate room will pay double room, 1 child stay in a serapate room will pay 100% adult rate

Day 1Hanoi - Bai Tu Long Bay - Thien Canh Son Cave
Morning:
- <b>7:30</b> - <b>8:30</b>: Pick up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter by a shuttle bus and transfer to Halong Bay
- Arrive at Hon Gai port in Halong city
- Process check out procedure then be transferred to Paloma cruise by tender
- Refresh with cold towels and fruit juices while listening cruise briefing and safety instructions
- Check in cabin
- Enjoy lunch while the cruise gets to Bai Tu Long. On the way, you have a chance to contemplate famous sites in Halong such as Bai Chay Bridge, Hon Rong, Hon Chuong, Hon Am and many outstanding islets in here
Afternoon:
- Visit Thien Canh Son cave in which you will see the magnificent panoramic view of the bay after 100 steps walking up
- Return the Paloma cruise then kayaking to explore the bay
- Relish sunset party with snacks and juices on the deck at Cong Do area
Night:
- Have delicious dinner at restaurant
- Join some interesting nightlife activities: squid fishing, watch movies, sing karaoke, play board games or just simply relax in your room.

Day 2Bai Tu Long Bay - Cap La
Morning:
- “Hello new day” with Tai Chi session
- Breakfast is served at cruise’s restaurant then transfer to tender boat to explore inside Bai Tu Long Bay
- Kayaking or swimming at Cong Dam where you can find the most pristine beaches in Bai Tu Long Bay and also many majestic limestone mountains
- Have BBQ lunch on the cruise then relax on the sundeck
Afternoon:
Depend on the weather condition, you can explore Thay cave and continue on kayaking and swimming
- Return to Paloma cruise and enjoy sunset party on the sundeck
Night:
- Dinner is served at restaurant
- Nightlife activities time: squid game, watch movies, play board games or just simply relax in room

Day 3Vung Vieng Village - Halong - Hanoi
Morning:

- Visit Vung Vieng fishing village on small bamboo baskets boat then get to pearl farm and Luon cave
- Return to cruise and process check out procedure
- Lunch will be served at Paloma cruise while back to Hon Gai port
Afternoon:
- Transfer from Hon Gai port head back to Hanoi by shuttle bus
- Arrive in Hanoi <b>14:30</b> - <b>15:00</b>. End of your trip

There are two different itineraries for you to choose from. You can go for the Bai Tu Long Bay Cruise two-day-one-night itinerary, which allows you to explore Bai Tu Long Bay, Vung Vieng floating village, Cong Dam area, and Thien Canh Son cave. If you want to engage in more activities, take the longer one - Paloma Cruise three-day-two-night itinerary. There are a lot of activities you can participate in during your overnight stay on the Paloma cruise.

Special Cuisines
Transportation
The Paloma bus or private car will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter at around 7:30 am. Then we will head to the Vinashin Port in Halong City, Quang Ninh Province (Address of Vinashin Port: 6 Le Thanh Tong, Hong Gai, Halong City)
You can go to the port yourself, but remember to arrive before 12:30 pm to get on board and check in the cabin process.
