• Along the way, we'll make stops to explore an ancient house in Dong Hoa Hiep village and witness the local cottage industries that make use of the Delta's abundant resources such as rice and coconuts. As we navigate this legendary river, absorb the vibrant local life unfolding before your eyes, from diligent fisherfolk tending to their daily catches to the captivating sight of floating houses gracefully balanced on the mighty Mekong.

Watch the world go by as you observe the gentle flow of boats and the steady pulse of life along the riverbanks. Venture ashore on Son Islet, a tiny village offering a glimpse into fish farms and vegetable gardens. Wander along scenic pathways for a closer look at rural life. 

Night

As the sun sets, experience the rhythms of the local fishing communities. Dinner awaits you onboard, ensuring you end the day on a flavorful note amid the gentle waters. As a nice service cruise, Victoria Mekong offers a bottle of wine for two as a complimentary gift to you.

Today you need to rise and shine around 6:30 for an early start to the renowned Cai Rang Floating Market, alive with vibrant energy. This market will show you the behavior of locals on the river. You will witness how they exchange various products and services like fruits, beverages, and food.

On the relaxing time, you will savor breakfast onboard as Song Xanh weaves among local barges laden with the Delta's bounty. 

After being full, we will be crossing the Hau River, unveiling quaint villages, and visiting a family skilled in crafting delicate tofu skin from soy milk.

Afternoon

Continuing by sampan, it’s time to revel in the scenic tapestry of boat traffic and riverside life. You can delight in shore excursions, offering insights into the local way of life. Then we stop at a Cao Dai Temple, a testament to the region's spiritual diversity. You can travel around this temple to admire its structure and design, but remember that we should not go into it.

Lunch is a moving affair, served as we cruise toward Vinh Long through a bustling narrow canal. Shore excursions unveil the Delta's countryside before the journey continues, taking in a clay pot factory and crossing the Co Chien River.

Savor the serenity of sunset on the Tien River as you enjoy dinner and an overnight stay aboard.
