Welcome to Bangkok, Thailand. On arrival at the airport, you’ll be met by our guide and driver, then transferred to your hotel for check-in.

NOTE: Standard check-in time is 14:00. If you’d like to arrange an early check-in, just let your travel consultant know in advance.

After settling in, the rest of the day is yours to take it easy after the flight or head out and get your first taste of Bangkok’s lively atmosphere.

Morning

After breakfast, set off on a scenic drive of around 2 hours to Kanchanaburi, a province known for its wartime history and beautiful river landscapes.

On arrival, head to Wang Pho Railway Station and board a short train journey along the historic Death Railway, one of Southeast Asia’s most well-known railway routes.

Travelling through dramatic countryside beside the River Kwai, this section of track offers impressive views and a chance to learn more about its past.

After the train ride, continue by traditional long-tail boat along the river towards the famous River Kwai bridge, recognised from books and films around the world.

There’ll be time to pause and take in the surroundings, with riverside cafés, souvenir stalls, and a small railway museum displaying wartime-era locomotives and vehicles.

Afternoon

This afternoon, continue to key historical sites connected to the Second World War.

Visit the JEATH War Museum, which shares the stories and hardships faced during the railway’s construction, followed by the nearby Cemetery, a peaceful memorial honouring those who lost their lives.

After the visits, transfer to your hotel in Kanchanaburi and check in. The evening is free for you to enjoy dinner at your own pace.

Morning

Enjoy breakfast and check out early before meeting your guide and driver for the journey by minivan to Ratchaburi.

On arrival, board a traditional long-tail boat and cruise through the canals to the famous Damnoen Saduak Floating Market.

Soak up the colourful atmosphere as local traders sell fruit, snacks, and handmade goods directly from their boats. It’s a lively and memorable look at traditional canal-side commerce.

You’ll continue through the market area to explore more stalls and sample fresh local produce. Along the way, you may even see vendors cooking meals right on their boats.

Afternoon

Later, enjoy a bike ride towards Amphawa Floating Market, known for its more local feel and boats moored along the canal banks rather than moving through the water.

Take a short canoe ride to visit a nearby temple chapel, then continue cycling through the surrounding area towards Samut Songkhram.

On arrival, check in to your hotel and enjoy some time to relax.

You might like to head out on an evening boat trip along the Maeklong River, where thousands of fireflies light up the trees - a lovely natural sight often compared to sparkling Christmas lights.

After breakfast, meet your guide and driver for the journey to Hua Hin, one of Thailand’s favourite seaside escapes. Known for its traditional fishing harbour, fresh seafood, and long sandy beaches, Hua Hin offers a relaxed coastal vibe that’s perfect for unwinding.

On arrival, visit Klai Kangwon Palace, a historic royal retreat built in 1926 by King Rama VI. Set by the sea, the palace features elegant Spanish-style villas and beautifully landscaped grounds.

Check in to your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. You might like to relax by the pool, wander along the beach, or tuck into some fresh local seafood by the water.

After breakfast, depart for Prachuap Khiri Khan, a charming fishing town set on one of Thailand’s most scenic bays. This peaceful coastal spot offers a refreshing break from the busy city pace, with a glimpse into the laid-back lifestyle of local fishermen.

Continue to Khao Chong Krachok (Mirror Mountain), where you can climb to the hilltop monastery and take in sweeping views across the bay and town below.

Afterwards, head to Ao Manao (Lime Bay), a lovely crescent-shaped beach known for its calm waters and peaceful setting. Enjoy a swim, stroll along the sand, and keep an eye out for the cheeky monkeys often seen nearby.

After breakfast, our driver will pick you up and transfer you to the pier for the ferry to Don Sak. On arrival, continue by road to the spectacular Khao Sok National Park, one of Thailand’s most impressive natural treasures, known for its ancient rainforest, dramatic limestone cliffs, and rich wildlife.

Once there, enjoy a guided jungle walk through the lush forest. Keep an eye out for native wildlife such as monkeys, colourful birds, and other rainforest creatures hidden among the dense greenery.

Afternoon

Later, join a scenic boat trip on Cheow Lan Lake, where emerald waters are surrounded by towering limestone karsts and hauntingly beautiful submerged tree tops. The breathtaking landscape makes this one of southern Thailand’s true highlights.

After breakfast, begin another memorable day in Khao Sok with a nature experience through the rainforest. Travel along jungle trails toward a hidden waterfall, where you can enjoy the peaceful surroundings and, if you wish, take a refreshing swim in the cool natural waters.

Return to your accommodation for a tasty lunch featuring local specialties.

Afternoon

Later, head to the pier for a canoe trip along the Sok River, lasting around 1.5 hours. Drift through breathtaking scenery surrounded by towering limestone cliffs and untouched forest along the riverbanks. This is a fantastic chance to snap some photos and soak up the tranquillity of the national park.

Along the way, your English-speaking guide will share insights into the unique flora and fauna of Khao Sok, helping bring the rainforest to life.

Afterwards, say farewell to Khao Sok and continue by road to Khao Lak for your overnight stay.

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before departing Khao Lak for your transfer to Krabi, one of southern Thailand’s most scenic coastal regions.

On arrival, continue to Ao Nang and check in to your hotel. Surrounded by dramatic limestone cliffs, tropical greenery, and beautiful beaches, Ao Nang is an ideal base for relaxation and seaside adventures. The rest of the day is free for you to unwind at your own pace.
