Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Customer
- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
Cancellation due to bad weather
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Children Policy
- Children 0 – 4 years old: FOC only 1 child ( sharing EVERYTHING with parents ). 2nd Children: Charge 50% ( sharing bed with parents )
- Children 5 – 6 years old: Charge 50% adult rate ( sharing bed with parents )
- Children 7 – 10 years old: Charge 75% adult rate ( sharing bed with parents )
- Children 11 years old: same as adult

Day 1Hanoi - Halong Bay - Sung Sot Cave - Titop Island
We are sorry to inform you that Le Journey Halong Cruise is temporarily suspended until further notice. Any updates will be announced later.
Morning
07:45 - 08:30: For guests booking the transfer service (extra fee needed), you will be picked up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter and transferred to Halong.
11:30 - 12:30: Once you arrive at the cruise lounge at Tuan Chau Marina, you will enjoy a warm welcome from the staff and complete the check-in procedure. Then, get on a tender to board Le Journey Halong Cruise and enjoy a refreshing drink and cold towel before checking into your cabin.
The ship embarks on an adventurous trip to experience the splendor of Halong Bay. Along the trip, you may take in some of Ha Long's most stunning sights and eat lunch at the onboard restaurant.
Afternoon
It's time to explore the Sung Sot Cave, which is often recognized as the most magnificent cave in Halong Bay. This cave is enormous, with two massive chambers and countless stalactites and stalagmites of all shapes and sizes. Don't forget to snap plenty of photographs throughout your trip within the cave.

After that, the tender will take you to visit the gorgeous Titop Island to refresh. Travelers can join various activities here: swimming, sunbathing, or hiking up to the island's top to take the best view of Halong Bay.
Be back on board after a day of exploration. You can unwind on the sundeck with refreshing drinks and snacks during Happy Hour—Buy 2 Get 1. Alternatively, you can join the cooking class to make delicious fresh Spring rolls and then enjoy them.
Evening
Enjoy your tasteful dinner on the sundeck (if the weather is favorable). After the meal, you may enjoy a peaceful view on the deck, enjoy music and some drinks at Sky Bar, or go squid fishing.

Day 2Luon Cave - Tuan Chau Marina - Hanoi
Morning
You can wake up early to catch the outstanding sunrise moments in the vast bay. Then, enjoy a light breakfast with tea, coffee, cakes, and fruit to get ready for the day.
After that, guests will join a short trip to explore Luon Cave. This natural wonder showcases the formation of karst mountains, shaped over millions of years. You can explore this timeless landscape at your own pace by kayaking.
Enjoy a fun kayaking around towering limestone cliffs and lush greenery
Return on board and check out of your cabin around 9:30. You may leave your luggage outside the room and leave the key at the reception desk. The staff will transfer the luggage to the waiting area.
As the ship sails back to the mainland, guests enjoy brunch at the restaurant on the 2nd floor and pay any expenses, if any.
11:00: The ship arrives at the Tuan Chau Pier. The program ends here; you can wait for your transportation at the lounge.
Afternoon
Get on your booked car or shuttle bus to return to Hanoi (book with an extra fee). You will reach your hotel in the Old Quarter approximately at 14:30 - 15:00. Trip ends.
