More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates

Cancellation due to bad weather

If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

Day 1Hanoi - Tuan Chau Port - Tien Ong Cave - Cua Van Fising Village

Morning

Around 8:00 -8:30, our driver will pick you up from your hotel (book in the next step with an additional fee), then travel to Lot 32, International Tuan Chau Harbor, Ha Long.

Upon arrival at the Tuan Chau International Cruise Port at around 11:00 - 11:30, please complete check-in procedures and enjoy welcoming tea while waiting for your departure time to board the cruise.

A tender will transfer you to the main ship. Once aboard, enjoy a refreshing welcome drink during a brief safety introduction before checking in to your luxury cabin.

Afternoon

A buffet lunch will be served at the cruise restaurant while the cruise sails leisurely in the heart of wonderful Halong Bay, one of the world's seven natural wonders.

Step into Tien Ong Cave, a fascinating archaeological treasure of Lan Ha Bay. Admire its spacious chambers, sparkling stalactites, and stalagmites. Beyond its natural beauty, the cave preserves traces of prehistoric human life dating back 10,000–8,000 years, offering a glimpse into the ancient history of the region.

Experience the timeless charm of Cua Van Fishing Village, once named one of the world’s most beautiful ancient villages. Admire its serene surroundings on a traditional bamboo boat, gently rowed by local residents.

Continue cruising through the bay to Tra Bau, your overnight anchor point. Surrounded by a serene seascape, this tranquil area offers the perfect setting to unwind and take in the natural beauty of Lan Ha Bay.

At twilight, you can take part in the Happy Hour at the bar or join a cooking class. Professional massage services (additional fee) are available onboard for a touch of relaxation. Please contact the Cruise Manager directly to make a booking.

Day 2Lan Ha Bay - Ao Ech - Hanoi

Morning

Wake up early to witness the bay at its very best while enjoying a refreshing Tai Chi session on the sundeck. Then, let’s savor a light breakfast to get ready for the journey ahead.

Discover the hidden charm of Ao Ech, often called the “little paradise” of Lan Ha Bay. Enjoy a peaceful kayaking experience as you immerse yourself in the bay’s pristine natural beauty.

Return to the ship for the check-out process at 9:45 - 10:00, followed by a delightful final brunch served at the onboard restaurant.

11:00 - 11:30: Arrive back at Tuan Chau Marina, where our crew bids you a warm farewell as your journey aboard comes to an end.

Afternoon

Please spend some time relaxing while waiting for the transfer to Hanoi (book in the next step with additional cost). The excursion comes to an end when arriving in the capital at 14:30 - 15:00.

Orchid Premium Cruise is a medium vessel composed of 04 decks in total: 02 main decks, 01 basement, and 01 sundeck. While the sundeck and the basement are for public areas and the staff's team, the remaining two decks locate all five spacious cabins. Passengers can find the dining room on the second deck next to 02 Terrace Suites and other entertaining areas on the sundeck of the cruise.

Restaurant: Enjoy flavorful meals served by the leading chef in the food and beverage industry.
Bar: At Orchid Premium Cruise's bar, passengers will find wine, cocktails, mocktails, and other drinks created upon request.

Transportation

The cruise provides pick-up service at Hanoi Old Quarter by luxury limousine. These transportation are highly comfortable with essential amenities such as air conditioning, leather seating, cable charging, etc.

From Hanoi: At around 8:00 - 8:30, the staff will gather passengers before heading to Cat Ba Island at 11:30 to wait for check-in procedures. Then, tourists will transfer to the main Orchid Premium Cruise.
From Halong Cruise Port: After getting to the Halong Bay cruise from Hanoi, travelers will finish check-in and transfer to the main Orchid Premium cruise before 12:00. Make sure you arrive at the Tuan Chau Port in advance.

The cruise itself was incredible. The yacht was magnificent, private, and immaculately maintained. We really enjoyed the tranquil ambiance, since there were just a few individuals onboard, making the trip feel extremely intimate and premium.
The meal was delicious (fine dining standard), and every element, from the cabin to the activities, was well planned. The crew aboard was polite and gave excellent service throughout.

Orchid Premium Cruise

Our hopes were surpassed when we were upgraded to the Orchid Premium Cruise. With only five cabins—a maximum of ten passengers and perhaps fifteen crew members—the ship's quality was outstanding. The colonial-style rooms were excellent.
Additionally, the meal was delicious and so abundant that I would nearly say there was too much of it.
Overall, drink costs are acceptable, especially during happy hours. However, the wine list is not an excellent value because the prices are too high for the type of wine available.
Local bamboo boats will approach you in the evening to offer you wine and beer at a discount, but you will have to haggle hard because they are aware of the boat rates and are attempting to match their low-quality wine prices.

A wonderful experience

They expressly requested a review by mail, however I must add that we thoroughly loved our two-day trip in Lan Ha Bay. Everything was properly organized from beginning to end. The accommodations were gorgeous and spacious, with all the amenities you could want.
Janet arranged a smooth and efficient transfer from our stay in Hanoi to the ship, and then from the cruise to our stay in Ninh Binh. Everything went smoothly.
The food on board was delicious and diverse. There were few people, which created a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere.
We honestly have no issues. Everything was taken care of. Recommended!

A Fantastic and Magical Experience

The cruise was simply wonderful! I went with my mother, and we had the most amazing experience. The entire team was fantastic, with special gratitude to Dong, Royal, and Bobby for going above and beyond to make our vacation unforgettable. The cuisine was excellent, with the chef preparing exquisite dinners every day. The boat itself was beautiful, and the sights were just magnificent. Every moment seemed unique, and we enjoyed everything about it!

A private and lovely cruise

The personnel were quite kind, the boat was well-designed, and the accommodations were large and gorgeous. The best part was sailing in the early morning. The boat has five rooms, but we were there during the off-season (summer), so there was only one other couple present. So four people and five staff members. Very well cared for and attended to. Bobby and Dong were fantastic.
