Cancellation by Customer

  • 190 days or more: 10% of the cruise price.
  • Between 190 and 65 days prior to departure: 30% of the cruise price.
  • Between 65 and 35 days prior to departure: 60% of the cruise price.
  • 35 days or less: 100% of the cruise price
Children Policy
  • Maximum one child between 5 and 11.99 years old per cabin sharing bed with parents, 30% of double occupancy fare rate (sharing) if staying in a cabin with two adults; and 75% of double occupancy fare rate (sharing) if staying in a cabin with one adult.
  • Above 12 years old adult rate applied.

Cruise Itineraries

Day 1Ho Chi Minh City – Embarkation

Afternoon

Arrive at the Mekong Symphony cruise port in Ho Chi Minh City around 15:00 and begin your luxury Mekong journey. After check-in, settle into your elegant suite before the ship sets sail to the tranquil landscapes of the Mekong Delta.

Evening

Meet the Cruise Manager and crew during a Welcome Reception, followed by a safety briefing and an elegant Welcome Dinner at the Tonlé Sap Restaurant.

Later, the Mekong Symphony cruises toward Go Cong, where the ship anchors mid-river for the night.

Day 2Quoi Son – Cai Be

Morning

Wake up to the tranquil scenery of the Mekong Delta as Mekong Symphony arrives at Quoi Son Islet.

Cruise through peaceful canals by sampan, stroll through lush fruit orchards, and ride a vintage Lambro 550 to visit a local family producing traditional coconut candy and handicrafts.

Enjoy fresh tropical fruits, honey tea, and a live performance of Don Ca Tai Tu, Southern Vietnam's UNESCO-recognized folk music, before concluding the excursion with a peaceful hand-rowed sampan ride through narrow waterways lined with coconut palms and mangroves.

Afternoon & Evening

Arrive in Cai Be and board the sampan to cruise on a tapestry of waterways to shore.

Walk through lush tropical fruit gardens, and visit a local family home to learn the traditional process of making sticky rice wine. The excursion concludes with a visit to a beautifully preserved ancient house, where you'll discover the family's history and the cultural heritage of the Mekong Delta.

Following the excursion, Mekong Symphony departs Cai Be and cruises toward Sa Dec.

Day 3Sa Dec

Morning

Explore the charming riverside town of Sa Dec with a scenic sampan ride through peaceful canals.

Visit the historic Huynh Thuy Le Ancient House, made famous by Marguerite Duras' novel The Lover, before discovering the elegant Kien An Cung Temple and strolling through the vibrant Sa Dec Market, where colorful local produce and regional specialties offer an authentic glimpse into everyday Mekong life.

Afternoon & Evening

Return to Mekong Symphony for lunch as the ship cruises toward Chau Doc, a vibrant border town known for its multicultural heritage. 

After dinner, join fellow guests for a lively Music Quiz Night, an entertaining evening of friendly competition and laughter as the Mekong Symphony continues its cruise toward Chau Doc, where it anchors overnight.

Day 4Chau Doc – Vietnam–Cambodia Border

Morning

Explore Chau Doc, a vibrant border town where Vietnamese, Khmer, Cham, and Chinese cultures have coexisted for centuries.

Visit a traditional floating fish farm, continue to a Cham Village to discover the customs and daily life of the local Muslim community, and conclude the excursion at Hang Pagoda (Cave Pagoda), a peaceful Buddhist temple nestled on the slopes of Sam Mountain.

Afternoon

Return to Mekong Symphony as the ship cruises toward the Vietnam–Cambodia border. While immigration formalities are completed onboard, relax and enjoy the scenic journey into Cambodia.

Take part in enriching onboard experiences, including:

  • Tropical Fruit Tasting: Sample exotic Mekong fruits and join the ship's Chef for a hands-on Vietnamese spring roll-making class.
