Cancellation Policy

- Cancellation by Customer
- For cancellations of bookings, the following charges will apply:
- More than 180 days: 10% of the cruise price
- 61 to 180 days: 20% of the cruise price
- 31 to 60 days: 50% of the cruise price
- Less than 30 days: 100% of the cruise price
- Change of departure date or change of cabin type (downgrading from higher to lower category) allowed with the following conditions:
- At least 181 days before departure: no penalty
- Between 180 and 60 days before: a penalty equivalent to 20% of total cost per person will apply
- 60 days to 31 days: a penalty equivalent to 50% of total cost per person will apply
- No change allowed within 30 days from departure
Children Policy
- Children rate applies to children aged between 6 and 12 years. Maximum one child below 12 is allowed to share bedding with one parent at 60% of net rate per person (double occupancy sharing). Children under 6 years old are not advised on board for safety reasons.
- NOTES:
- - The rate for children applies to one child sharing cabin with two adults.
- - Full rate applies to the first child sharing one cabin with an adult.
- - Passengers under 18 years old are only allowed on board accompanied by a passenger who are over 18 years old. Victoria Mekong Cruises is not responsible for the safety of children on board. Parents are fully responsible for their children and must supervise them at all times
Cruise Itineraries
Day 1Siem Reap - Kampong Cham - Angkor Ban
Morning
Depart Siem Reap by coach and journey through the Cambodian countryside toward Kampong Cham. You'll have a call at the historic Kampong Kdei Bridge, one of the finest surviving Angkorian-era stone bridges.
Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before boarding the Victoria Mekong and meeting your crew for the journey ahead.
Evening
Before dinner, join a cultural demonstration featuring Cambodia's iconic Krama scarf. Learn about its history, cultural significance, and the many practical uses that have made it an enduring symbol of Cambodian daily life.

Day 2Angkor Ban - Koh Dach - Koh Chen
Morning
After breakfast, explore the traditional village of Angkor Ban, one of Cambodia's most authentic riverside communities. Let's discover well-preserved wooden stilt houses, meet local residents, and gain insight into the rhythms of rural life along the Mekong.
Afternoon
After having lunch on the ship, you'll head to Koh Dach (Silk Island) by tuk-tuk. This peaceful island is renowned for its silk-weaving tradition, where generations of artisans continue to produce handmade textiles using traditional techniques.
Visit local workshops and learn about the fascinating journey from silkworm cultivation to weaving on wooden looms, while observing families crafting the iconic Cambodian krama.

Day 3Koh Chen - Oudong - Phnom Penh
Morning
After breakfast, visit the riverside village of Koh Chen, famous for its skilled copper and silversmith artisans. Stroll through the village and observe traditional craftsmanship that has been preserved for generations.
Continue by coach to Oudong, Cambodia's former royal capital. Explore this historic site and visit the peaceful Vipassana Dhura Meditation Center, an important spiritual retreat surrounded by tranquil countryside.
Return to the ship for lunch as the Victoria Mekong cruises toward Phnom Penh. Spend the afternoon relaxing in your cabin or enjoying the ship's facilities.
Afternoon
Later, take part in a hands-on lotus flower folding cultural workshop, a traditional art form symbolizing purity and devotion in Southeast Asian culture.
Continue by cyclo to the elegant Raffles Hotel Le Royal, one of Cambodia's most iconic colonial-era landmarks, and enjoy a signature cocktail at the renowned Elephant Bar.
Evening
Return to the ship for dinner and onboard entertainment as the vessel remains docked in Phnom Penh.

Day 4Phnom Penh Disembarkation
Morning
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the Claypot Restaurant while admiring views of Phnom Penh from the terrace. Spend your remaining time relaxing by the pool or on your private balcony before disembarkation.
Disembark from the Victoria Mekong at approximately 09:00 AM.

My spouse and I have taken numerous cruises in the past; we both enjoy sailing and Asia. This cruise is simply the ideal fusion of the two. The boat is brand new and has great amenities; the movie theater and swimming pool were our favorites! Bravo to the crew for making our trip truly unforgettable! The food and service aboard the ship were very soothing. For a little extra relaxation, we do suggest spending a few days at Victoria Can Tho first. It is a lovely colonial-style hotel run by the same company. We appreciate you having us, and we hope to visit the Mekong Delta with our parents the following year.

The Victoria Mekong river trip is an excellent opportunity to experience life on the Mekong. Very intriguing side trips. Best Price Travel's Zoe assisted us in booking a river cruise that accommodated four couples and provided excellent dining. The Victoria Mekong is a fantastic ship, and the crew is all extremely helpful and pleasant. We had a great day witnessing life along the Mekong.
