Beutiful Experience with Best Price Travel & Hang Moon!
by Tripadvisor
Beutiful Experience with Best Price Travel & Hang Moon! 1034140638 12-Day Vietnam Tour – Beutiful Experience with Best Price Travel & Hang Moon! My wife and I recently completed a 12-day tour of Vietnam, travelling from North to South, and it was an unforgettable experience. Thanks to Best Price Travel and the amazing Hang Moon. throughout the trip, Moon was with us every step of the way. Her communication was outstanding, staying in touch via WhatsApp and ensuring every part of our trip ran smoothly. The itinerary was well organised and balanced, covering all the highlights of Vietnam. Every detail, from airport transfers to hotel check-ins, tours, and internal transport was perfectly timed and stress free. The 4-star hotels we stayed in were fantastic, all including buffet breakfasts that exceeded our expectations. Lunches (when included) were set menus at reputable restaurants, giving us a real taste of Vietnamese cuisine. Our tour guides were knowledgeable, polite, and gave us plenty of time to explore and enjoy at our own pace. When our overnight Halong Bay cruise was unfortunately cut short due to bad weather, Best Price Travel quickly organised a private car to return us to our hotel without any delays. A refund was processed for the activities we missed was organised by our agent Moon. This was a hassle free experience, run by honest, professional people who really care about their clients. For our next holiday, we won’t look anywhere else, we’ll be booking again with Best Price Travel. Thank you, Vietnam, Best Price Travel, and especially the lovely Moon

A great booking experience.

A great booking experience.
I got in touch with Best Price in early May 2025 to book a Mekong Cruise from 2 - 9 October 2025. From the start Janet was very helpful and understanding. She made the booking process easy and kept in touch regularly, even after my party had boarded the cruise and again after it was over to ensure everything went well. This is true customer service. I would recommend this company to everyone. Thank you again Janet!

6 Days Tour of Vietnam
by Tripadvisor
We recently booked a 6-day Vietnam trip through BestPrice Travel, covering Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoi and back. Initially, we were skeptical—six nights with airport transfers, domestic airfare, and hotel accommodations for under $600 seemed too good to be true. We honestly expected low-quality hotels and mediocre service. To our surprise, it turned out to be one of the best trips we've ever taken. The hotels were comfortable, and the tours exceeded our expectations. Everything was well-organized and seamless. Special thanks to Cindy Pham from BestPrice Travel, who was incredibly patient and helpful in coordinating every detail of our itinerary. From the moment we were picked up at the airport to the end of our journey, everything went smoothly. We highly recommend BestPrice Travel to anyone planning a trip to Vietnam. Their service and value are outstanding.

FAQs
7 - 15 days are ideal for a journey to Thailand, since you will have enough time to take a quick glance at the ‘Land of Smiles’. However, depending on your available time, you can have a deeper knowledge of Thailand’s nature, history, and culture with a longer expedition:
- 4 - 6 days: Suitable for exploring one specific region of Thailand.
- 7 - 10 days: Enable travelers to discover the North & Central of Thailand, or one region and extend to the beach.
- Over 12 days: Have more time to learn about different aspects of the country, as well as combine with beach relaxation.
- North Thailand: Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai
If you are a history lover who loves ancient beauty, Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai is the best choice for you, since it’s very convenient to visit famous historical temples and admire the old vestiges of walls and moats that still remained.
- Central Thailand: Bangkok
As the most developed city in Thailand, it’s no doubt that Bangkok is a perfect spot for every first-time traveler. Not only features a lively and modern side, but the capital also attracts countless tourists due to its splendid temples and royal palace.
- Andaman Sea: Phuket, Krabi
If you are looking for a beach holiday, opt for Phuket and Krabi, where you can chill among its pristine beaches thoroughly with various beachside resorts and overnight parties. The best time to stay here is from November - April
- Gulf of Thailand: Koh Samui, Hua Hin
Suitable for all traveler types, Koh Samui and Hua Hin are the places you should stay, as these destinations will allow you to participate in numerous experiences, from nature explorations to adventurous activities such as snorkeling and kayaking.
Yes, Thailand is quite safe to travel. As one of the safest countries in Southeast Asia, the country is an ideal destination for families with kids, even female solo travelers:
- Politics: Generally, some famous parts of Thailand, such as Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Phuket, etc., are safe to travel. However, you need to reconsider visiting less famous areas, especially Yala, Pattani, Narathiwat, and Songkhla, due to civil unrest.
- Crime rate: The rate of violent crimes against foreigners is relatively low, but you should notice the crimes of opportunity, including pick-pocketing and bag-snatching.
- People: Being called the ‘Lands Of Smiles’, most Thai people are very kind, friendly, and welcoming. They are always willing to help without needing anything in return.
Covid-19: From October 1 2022 onwards, foreigners won’t be required COVID-19 related documents to enter Thailand (vaccination certificates & COVID-19 test results).
Tipping is not customary in Thailand, however, it’s certainly appreciated if you want to tip them as a thank you for excellent services.

The voltage in Thailand is 220 Volts at 50Hz. Commonly, most electrical outlets in Thailand have two slots with a grounding hole, suitable for 5 types of plugs below:
- Type A: 2 vertical pins
- Type C & F: 2 round pins
- Type B: 2 vertical pins with an earth pin (3 pins)
- Type O: 3 round pins
If the specifications of your devices don’t match the initial voltage, you will need a converter, and mismatch plugs can be solved with an adapter. In Thailand, they can be found in convenience stores and electronics stores (at about US $26 - 36).
Tips: You can ask the concierge at your hotels/ resorts to borrow a power plug adapter.
With Thailand so close, Singaporeans can visit year-round. For the best weather, go between November and February, when the air is cooler and drier, perfect for city breaks in Bangkok or Chiang Mai. For a quick beach escape, choose Phuket and Krabi (Nov–Apr) or Koh Samui (May–Aug), when seas are calm and ideal for diving.
A trip to Thailand usually ranges US $100–300 per person per day, which is about SGD 135–405.
- Superior (3★ Hotels): US $110–140 ≈ SGD 150–190
- First Class (4★ Hotels): US $150–180 ≈ SGD 200–245
- Luxury (5★ Hotels): US $220–350 ≈ SGD 295–475
With short, affordable flights, Singaporeans usually choose 3–5 day getaway packages. Popular options include Bangkok shopping + food tours, Phuket beach holidays, or Chiang Mai wellness retreats. Weekend spa and wellness trips are also a favorite thanks to the quick travel time.

No, Singaporeans enjoy visa-free entry for up to 30 days in Thailand. Since flights are short and frequent, many travelers from Singapore use this exemption for weekend or short holidays.

My Uyen made a big difference. She kept everything on track, answered quickly whenever we needed something, and made the whole experience feel much more relaxed. We would definitely recommend BestPrice Travel to others visiting the region. Less
Everything went very smoothly for us, and dealing with the team was a pleasure. They were welcoming, efficient, and made the whole trip feel easy. We especially appreciated Zoe, whenever we had a question, she was there to help.
Great food, great variety, slightly tiring by the end.
The only part I would change is probably the overnight train to Chiang Mai. It was fine as an experience, but after several active days it felt a bit tiring. Apart from that, the overall flow of the trip was very good.
My husband and I had a wonderful time and would happily recommend BestPrice Travel to anyone planning a visit. Everything was very well arranged, and the guides and drivers were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. So many wonderful things to see and experience!
