"The transfer was on time, picked us up outside our hotel and it was very comfortable. The activities on the cruise were well organised with a lot of help from the crew. The kayaking and swimming was really fun. We did the Cat Ba activity and the caves, both were great. The food was exceptional, it was high quality and plenty to eat. It was so fresh and very well presented. We loved the cocktails on pool deck. Happy hour was a favourite. We enjoyed the cooking classes. The crew were always around to help, they were always helpful, friendly and very professional. Henry was a main server and he was marvellous, we loved him. His attitude was always so positive and happy. So eager to please us. The boat was clean, our rooms were so clean and very cool which was great as it was very warm. Your communication was fantastic too, you have been so helpful and made my planning so much easier.

We loved the experience! The boat was great and the cabin was very nice! Incredible views all the time! The staff was very friendly. We did two kayaking activities and they were really cool. We were a bit afraid of the overcrowding and that's why we chose Lan Ha Bay instead of Halong and we made the right choice! 100% recommendable :)

It was a very nice cruise and room was spacious for families. We could have done more activities that were very active. These seemed a little slower. The ship was really relaxing! I wanted to see more caves and the unique landscape it had to offer.

* Servicio de autobús/traslado Puntual y bueno. Estaba limpio. Los conductores fueron educados. * Calidad de la habitación (en el crucero) La calidad de la habitación era buena. Estaba limpia. Los servicios de televisión no funcionaban, así que cuando volvimos a nuestra habitación por la noche para dormir, no pudimos usarlos. Sin embargo, entiendo que debido a que es [zona] de la UNESCO, hay limitaciones.

Lo terminé hace poco y fue el viaje más increíble que he experimentado en mi vida. Fue todo lo que Rosie dijo y más. No podría calificar más alto al personal y la tripulación del Jahan, y Rosie siempre estuvo dispuesta a ayudar, sin importar la hora ni las preguntas que tuviera.
