Cancellation Policy
- More than 21 days before check-in: FREE of charge
- From 11 to 20 days before check-in: 30% of total rates
- From 7 to 10 days before check-in: 50% of total rates
- Less than 7 days before check-in & no Show: 100% of total rates
If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
- Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
- During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
- The trip be cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
- The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!
Children Policy
- Infant 0 - 4: FOC, sharing EVERYTHING with parents ( Max 1 infant/ cabin, 2nd infant will charge by 1 child )
- Child 5 - 11: 75% adults rate, max 1 child/ cabin
- From 11 year old up: 100% adult rate.

The cruise was amazing, and Halong Bay is very beautiful. The ship was new and had very good installations (the bathtub with a panoramic view is a must). The crew of the boat was very nice and friendly.
Additionally, I'd like to highlight the excellent service of Zoe from BestPrice Travel, who organized and advised on each step of our cruise, from pickup in Hanoi to the end of the cruise.
Miss Mia Nguyen from BestPrice Travel was brilliant! She went above and beyond to find us a great 3-day 2-night Halong Bay cruise. At the end, we chose the Doria Cruise.
Mia sent us updates about everything and made sure all is going well during our cruise. I would highly recommend booking your tour with Mia!
We booked a Halong Bay cruise on the Doria Cruise and the food street tour in Hanoi with Ms. Mia Nguyen, and we loved it!
This is a trustworthy company that serves tourists well.
The room was spacious, super comfortable, the bathroom was incredible and the balcony was very enjoyable. We also enjoy the meal.
The heated pool had a great view.
The activities were also great! We weren't forced to do them but enjoy them! The schedule seems tight but in the end we had time to do everything.
If I had to do it again, I would do it with Doria Cruise! And thanks again Ashley.
