If the cancellation be announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:
Morning
8:00 - 8:30: You will be transported to Halong after being picked up from your hotel in the Hanoi Old Quarter (book the transfer in the next step with an additional fee).
Upon your arrival at Lot 24 Tuan Chau International Cruise Port between 11:30 and 12:00, the cruise team will be eagerly awaiting your presence in the comfortable waiting room, ready to extend a warm welcome.
As you step aboard the elegant La Regina Grand Cruise, the cruise team will greet you with genuine hospitality, offering a refreshing welcome drink and providing a comprehensive safety briefing to ensure your well-being throughout the journey.
Indulge in a delightful lunch at the inviting restaurant while the cruise sets sail towards the captivating Lan Ha Bay.
Afternoon
We will set off for the Tra Bau Area, celebrated for its unspoiled beauty and picturesque seascapes. Here, you can enjoy kayaking to get closer to the limestone islands, followed by time to relax and swim in the bay’s emerald waters.
Afterward, return to the cruise and relish in the beauty of the Bay's sunset while taking advantage of our special Happy Hour offerings. Additionally, you will have experience learning how to craft traditional spring rolls with our friendly chef.
Evening
Indulge in a culinary experience where premium, fresh ingredients are masterfully crafted into meals that showcase a unique fusion style. This culinary approach combines the essence of traditional Vietnamese cuisine with innovative influences from modern gastronomy.

To start your day, a refreshing and light breakfast will be served in the dining room, providing the necessary energy to embark on the day's excursion.
The highlight of the day will be a guided tour of the Dark and Bright Cave. As you venture through the cave on a local bamboo boat, prepare to be awe-inspired by a stunning sea valley surrounded by majestic mountains, creating a truly breathtaking sight.
After the exploration, return to the cruise and take some time to relax and rejuvenate before the check-out time at 09:30.
Please put your luggage outside your cabin and leave the room key at the reception desk. The cruise staff will transfer your luggage to the waiting area.
Savor an early lunch buffet at the restaurant before arriving at Tuan Chau Marina to return to Hanoi around 11:00.
Afternoon
If using our transit, the driver will pick you up at Tuan Chau Port and transfer you by bus (book in the next step with an additional fee) to your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter around 14:00 - 15:00. This is also the end of your trip.

The bus will pick you up at approximately 8:30 from your hotel lobby in Hanoi Old Quarter. You will then be transported directly to Tuan Chau Port in Halong City.

You will be taken to the check-in area and instructed to check in. For travelers who move to Halong Bay by themselves, it is necessary to arrive at Lot 24, Terminal 2, Tuan Chau Cruise Port before 11:45 to complete check-in and other procedures.

AustraliaAfter a seamless check-in, there was a boat ride to the Regina Grand II. When we arrived, we found a lovely cabin with an excellent bathroom that included a huge shower and a bathtub with stunning views of Halong Bay. Lunch was provided as soon as we got there, and it was a great and varied buffet. The table was set for dinner. The following day, a simpler breakfast was followed by a more substantial brunch. The kayak or bamboo boat excursion turned out to be rather enjoyable.
Our vacation is made as enjoyable as possible by the incredibly kind and helpful personnel. Nevertheless, Halong Bay is undoubtedly impacted by pollution, including kerosene slicks and trash. This alarming situation is additionally exacerbated by the large number of vessels.
